部屋は広くて清潔。プールは良い。 金庫が壊れていた。部屋の壁が薄く、隣が音楽をかけて騒ぎ、騒音がうるさい。

便利な立地でした。space,ushuaiaは徒歩20分くらいで近くにスーパーやカフェもありました。バルコニーもあり洗濯物も干せました。シーズン中にしたらまずまずの値段だったと思います。 部屋は清掃のせいか塩素の臭いがしてずっと気分が悪かったです。ティッシュ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはなかったです。 隣の部屋にイケイケのお兄さんが滞在していて部屋で暴れたり叫んだり音楽ガンガンで怖かったです。 若いめの客層だったので落ち着いて滞在したい方にはあまり向いてないと思います。寝るだけなら問題ないと思います。

バス停 ホテルの目の前 ディスコバスも止まります☆ ホテルのプールも深いところも浅いところもあって楽しかったです！マッサージチェアやバーカウンターもあります☆ すぐ向かいにスーパー有り！とても助かりました(*^_^*)歩いてウシュアイアやスペースに行けてヒッピーマーケットも遠くありません！ 夜の散歩でビーチまで歩いて1分！ 最高の立地、大きいホテルでセキュリティも良し(*^_^*)

ホテルは大きめでプールやレストランもあり、設備は整っている。海までは3分程で歩いていける。シングルの部屋は狭くて何の変哲もない。かび臭かった。ブラックアウトのカーテンで快眠できる。ドライヤーは無くて、ショップでレンタルするしかない。

The hotel definitely need renovations. The food was not great, the selections are minimal and they don’t replenish the food when it ran out. The price for the hotel is very overpriced and does not meet the quality standards for a high end hotel

Not very stylish

We arrived to a used condom in the hotel lobby. Our room was dirty and didn’t lock, so we couldn’t lock our room. The sound of the elevator kept us awake all night and also could hear during the day. The rooms next to us all played music so couldn’t sleep. The furniture outside was damaged by cigarettes. The photos of the hotel look NOTHING like the hotel. I don’t know what photos they’re using but the hotel looks completely different. The rooms are old, not the new stylish ones in the photos. The pool lobby area etc doesn’t look anything like the photos. It’s completely false advertising the standard of the hotel for the price you pay. Maximum should be £80 per night. It’s more of a youth hostel. The food is terrible, and don’t do all inclusive it’s not all inclusive the food again is horrendous. There is no towels or services at the pool. While your sunbathing men will whistle from the balcony’s and annoy you. There is a lady who works on the bar inside who is lovely. Such a nice lady. She made the trip. And the gift shop lady is nice too so is her shop. This is more of a youth hostel, party hotel then the relaxing clean hotel the pictures suggest. I would only recommend this to young party people. Not anyone over school leaving age.

I had a very bad experience here. I woke up to my bedroom flood flooded due to rain leaking AC, bathroom roof falling apart very poor condition for the price

Awful - not clean, shower curtain in the bathroom and the door didn’t close properly so some man just walked into our room when we were taking an afternoon nap. We moved to another hotel - not for me at all.

Hotel photos are a bit of a catfish, only the pool area looks similar. However in reality it’s ok. Downsides: no bottled water in the rooms (you have to buy it from vending machine) and the rooms are small. Upsides: everything worked in the room, the breakfast is great, and staff are friendly. Perfect location for the major clubs and restaurants - easy to get taxis.

No iron or fridge in the room. Great pool and great meals. Good location too, walkable to north and south. Watch out as some other hotels are on flight path!

It felt old and a little dirty. Still cool.

Good location and good amenities

OVERALL: This hotel is a CATFISH. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You can’t get better than where it is. The aqua pool is nice but it’s “reserved” for aqua guests and the other pools is over crowded and old. The open bar for the all inclusive is a amzing I can’t complain at all. The food is absolutely disgusting so bad that we would go in try what they had that day and then leave to go spend money at a restaurant. The paella is gross. Security is top notch which takes away large gatherings of people not staying at the resort but is super relaxed with noise if your a guest. The staff are mostly super friendly especially our cleaning lady! However one of the front desk guys that takes care of the nights is extremely rude and unprofessional but all the other ones are amazing ! The front desk will order you taxis at no charge which was awsome!!. A tattoo parlor on site was cool to see. Vending machines for water and snacks that wasn’t overpriced. I do wish they would keep their bar open later seems wayyyyy to early to close at 11 pm and the food times are pretty good although I would have loved to have a extremely basic like snack table open all the time or something like that. The rooms are very old and outdated. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but when I told the cleaning lady she had it cleaned in like 10 min!! Very good if you make a request for anything (extra pillows bed sheets anything). Our bathroom smelled a little moldy but wasn’t bad.
