The room was very nice. Cosy and compact, but very comfortable. The staff was always accommodating. Bus 1 close to the hotel to take us to the city center. Free parking close by to the hotel competent free of charge

Reception friendly and efficient. Bedroom and public areas spotlessly clean. Good sized bedroom with clean dry comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom with bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and washbasin. Heating is efficient. Breakfast is buffet and one of the best ever experienced in terms of range and quality. Hot food limited to bacon, scrambled egg and sausage - yet this is Spain. We highly recommend it.

Petit séjour d’une nuit. Cependant, mini bar payant et même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte de bienvenue ! Pour un 4 étoile c’est décevant !

Bon accueil. Grande chambre et salle de bain propres. Lit confortable. Stationnement intérieur à 12€ non mentionné au préalable mais il semble y avoir des emplacements disponibles à l’arrière de l’immeuble. Éloigné du centre toutefois. Un peu cher mais je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Impecable el hotel y el tener café Nespresso en el desayuno es un toque especial. Para volver.

Staff and around the property options

Very happy with room, very modern, bath and shower, very comfy beds and pillows. Great layout in the room. Breakfast was more than plentiful, so much to choose from, was spoiled for choice. Great service at the reception desk although disappointed on the first day, the second day, the same reception person could not do enough to help us.

Great stay. Beautiful spacious room, with a good lay out, very comfy beds. And wuut air conditioning. Kettle available with a few herbal teabags, not well stocked though and no milk. We asked for coffee on the first night and they weren't keen to supply anything. Managed to get two decaf coffee sachets. Not sure why that was because everything was so plentiful at breakfast and all the staff were super friendly, especially the gentleman on reception the second day. Great housekeeping staff, she consistently did a thorough job. He couldn't do enough for us which made us feel very welcome indeed. Fabulous breakfast. So much choice for everyone's needs and taste. Very clean and cooked food was perfect. We booked the Spa on the second night and needed it after our 30min walk there and back to the Science museum. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa which had a sauna, steam room, two good sized jaquzzi style pools and a very cold plunge pool! It also had a suspended cold water barrel to drench yourself with, after coming out of the sauna. We both felt that there was no relaxing ambience in the spa. This could easily be fixed with a few tall plants, some soft back ground music and perhaps a couple of atomisers with essential oils. Otherwise it was really good. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back for sure!

Excelente area and hotel

Gutes Hotel mit angenehmem kleinem Pool (und etwas wenig Liegestühlen) am Stadtrand. Zimmer gut und komfortabel. Gleich gegenüber hat es ein Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Essoptionen. Parking auf der Strasse möglich sonst im hoteleigenen PP.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement notamment pour l’accès au spa, qui était clairement indiqué dans la description sur votre site. Or, une fois sur place, nous avons découvert que le spa n’était ouvert que le week-end. Cette information n’était pas mentionnée sur la fiche de l’hôtel lors de notre réservation. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de cette prestation pour laquelle nous avons payé et qui a motivé notre choix de l’hôtel. Dans ces conditions, il me semblerait juste qu’un geste commercial soit accordé de la part de Hotels.com pour compenser ce désagrément.

Instalaciones excelentes y la piscina está genial. El único pero es que nivel de servicio al cliente de algunas de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear. Una chica super maja llamada Daya nos atendió excepcionalmente pero cuando ella no estába de turno, todo era una lucha. Nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado estropeado y hasta la 3ra noche no nos la cambiaron. Contraté el servicio de Spa pero tuve que pedir varias veces que me dieran el kit y me lo dieron incompleto. Parecía que la recepcionista me hacía un favor más que darme un servicio por el que yo estaba pagando. También trabajo en servicio al cliente y he de decir que una sonrisa y buen trato si que hace la diferencia.

Super staff, they make a trip
