The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and modern. Bed could have been more comfortable and not split into singles Food was average, often cold and bland. Always found something but wasn’t great. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, the rooftop yoga was a lovely experience. The rooftop bar served amazing cocktails, some of the best I’ve had.

Lovely hotel

I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It's been done up really welll. We were in the adults only section which was great with lots of areas with relaxing sunbeds. Food was fine, we did eat out on most evenings. Only downsides were you had to book in the night before to use the gym and the daytime music at the rooftop bar was extreme loud. Despite that we would stay again.

Stayed as 2 couples in their 40’s. Chose adults area for apartment. The only thing as a negitive for us was a slight lack of atmosphere. I’m guessing just due to what people want from a holiday. But most places were very quiet, a bit of music wouldn’t have gone a miss Found the hotel very nice, shops and bars a short walk away

Great hotel, lovely rooms, excellent food. Evening entertainment was dissapointing and the only thing that let down the stay

Nice hotel, but there definitely could be some improvements. Positives: * Great location. * Nice big room. * Water in the room refreshed daily. * Great snack bar for 10 euros (you should tell guests about this on check in) Negatives: * Food in the restaurant is not labeled correctly, therefore making it difficult for vegetarians (especially when theres hardly ang veggie options). * The chefs or restaurant staff did not know what was in dishes and therfore couldn't confirm if they were vegetarian. * My partner was served raw pork in the restaurant, which the staff agreed it was raw. * There was a language barrier with many of the staff at reception, as they didnt understand English. * Many people reserving sunbeds. * Kids entertainment started at 8.30pm, which was quite late for young children. * Check in took a long time and they didn't explain everything that we needed to know, for example no information on the towels. * Resception didn't know anything about the entertainment.

All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. The walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops was less a than 10 minute walk. We had a late flight home and check out is 12pm, we managed to keep our room until later on in the day which was at a reasonable cost of 35 euros. Public transport great the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Taxi to the hotel from the airport when we arrived was around 30 euros. Same amount going back on day of departure. We loved every minute of our stay there and we will definitely be back.

Really nice place… would highly recommend

I liked the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. Really enjoyed Animation team especially Joyni who was so enthusiastic and full of fun, he gets everyone involved. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and very helpful nothing was a bother.

Staff were brilliant and helpful. The food was very good and with plenty of choice. Excellent location close to everything and would def stay again.

Check in very easy and friendly. Room clean and spacious. Weren't expecting free breakfast. Noise from champagne bar a definite issue. Reception staff very helpful. Pool area very busy and loads of chairs reserved by about 7.30. Too many chairs too close together so we stayed away. Nice place

The food for all inclusive was excellent . The entertainment was just right . A perfect family friendly hotel . Only five minute stroll to the beach and close to Siam park and other activities

Très bon séjour en famille au Labranda. L hôtel est Proche de la plage et beaucoup de sorties sont accessibles en bus. Le buffet est très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts (même pour des enfants difficiles) et de bonne qualité. La chambre très confortable avec de belles prestations et finitions. La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. L équipe d animation etait dynamique et très gentille, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Les animations variées ont ravi les enfants. Très belle expérience.

A great hotel,the food was unbelievable, all the amenities were great,probably come back same time next year .

Very modern and clean hotel. Perfect location to visit Costa Adeje. Only criticism would be the family pool gets very crowded, would have preferred to have been put in the adult section of the hotel with our 13 year old.
