in spite of old traditional extelior, inside is perfectly new and clean, extremely comfortable facilities. moreover, the best thing of this hotel is kindness of all staffs. i really appreciate them, especially one of them, for hospitalities i have not recived ever, anywhere of the world. i really recommend this hotel to all tourists who go to San Sebastian.

ホテルと思っていたら、ペンションでした。そうと分かっていれば問題はないのですが、普通のアパートなので入り口がみつからず苦労しました。泊まった日がとても暑い日で、エアコンがあるに送風機能しかなく、暑くて寝苦しかったです。

The room was very cute and modern. Comfy bed. Very small and quite noisy. The guest facilities were a lovely touch and the location was great. No reception so it we unable to drop bags earlier than check in time which made it a bit difficult.

Avant d’arriver, il faut absolument compléter un formulaire en ligne. Si vous n’avez pas WhatsApp, vous risquez de ne pas l’avoir. Une fois arrivée, personne sur place ne peut vous aider. Les numéros de chambre sont chaotiques et il est difficile de comprendre laquelle est la vôtre. La communication avec l’hébergement est inexistant. On a demandé plusieurs fois une place de parking et un lit pour notre bébé. Au final, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour nous garer et pour faire dormir notre bébé. La chambre est petite, pas très propre et la climatisation orientée sur le lit. Bref, déconseillé…

God beliggenhed og meget god stil. Der manglede et velfungerende internet og knager til at hænge håndklæder/tøj.

It was difficult to check in. The internet was slow. The toiletdoor could not be closed. There was a few issues but nice situated and a room with a good style

Forferdelig. Ble henvist til et muggent kott som kostet 216 Euro. Vi var rett og slett sjokkert.

The room was clean, shower leaked outside the bathroom onto the room. Hairdryer had taped around it and it didn't work. Check in was very difficult. On a good note it was very centrally located, we could walk everywhere.

Super clean space located close to dining and shopping. Would definitely book again!

Room was wonderful. Great guesthouse! Unique character! Address on website did not accurately show location on Google maps. This was very confusing for Taxi driver which cost me Euros driving arround the town. Check-in is absolutely NOT available before 3 p.m.... even if it is raining or you are feeling unwell (although I was allowed to leave luggage early and puck up after check-out).

160€ døgnet er i overkant for dette stedet. Hyggelig betjening, men små, ikke spesielt hode rom. Glassdører mellom rom og bad gjør at man bør kjenne hverandre VELDIG godt før man bosetter seg her. Langt fra lydtett også. Dusjveggen var for liten til å holde resten av badet tørt.

Die Unterkunft ist im open house-Stil eingerichtet und überzeugt deshalb durch ein tolles design. Das Bad ist offen und komplett einsehbar, was unter Umständen eine wichtige Info ist. Es gibt aber zusätzliche Sanitäranlagen. Eine Küche mit Kaffee, Wasser und Tee sowie die Möglichkeit dort einfach Dinge zuzubereiten stehen allen zur Verfügung.

There was a strange smell in our room like fresh paint that was very difficult to ignore. The place overall felt more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. The walls are thin so noises kept us up a lot at night. Parking is sort of a joke. It’s across the river and public parking at the local bus station. So it’s not associated with the property whatsoever.

Great location, next to the river, with a warm welcome and nice design. We had the garden suite, which has a separate bedroom and a lounge with kitchenette. You can make your own breakfast there, use the common kitchen downstairs, or head round the corner to a healthy breakfast place. The only negative is the design of the bathroom, which really offers no privacy. Separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, and from the lounge by a curtain. Unless you are comfortable sharing your entire bathroom life with your travelling companion, it is a little exposed! An additional curtain or some more frosting on the glass would be a plus. Everything else was great.

Todo ha estado muy bien: buena comunicacion con el alojamiento, limpieza, ubicacion, etc.
