The resort was amazing! Great food, friendly service, and tons of activities for the whole family! We enjoyed all of the evening shows! The Disco, Rock, and Addams Groove were so impressive! The fire show at the beach was a great time too! Highly recommend for families - especially those with younger kids!

ガーデンビューのファミリールームを予約し、子供プールビューの0階に泊まりました。０階でしたので、外出時大変便利でした。お部屋はホテルというよりはアパートといった感じです。お世辞にも高級感はありませんが、４名ワンルームで泊まれるので重宝です。（但し、ソファーベットはシングルタイプで超小さいです・・・）プールはあちこちに色んなタイプがありとてもよかったです。プライベートビーチも小さいですがお魚が沢山いて、子供連れでのシュノーケリングが楽しめました。お水も砂浜もとっても綺麗！食事はバイキングです。レストランも大衆食堂と化していましたが、メニューも豊富、日替わりメニューも多く、素材＆味付けも上々です。プランに込みの飲み物は、生ビール、ワインあたりは美味しかったですが、カクテル類は薄いし、味も微妙・・。味わうというよりは、何となく飲めればいいといった類の方にはいいですが、こだわりがある方にはＮＧです。スタッフの方のサービスは好印象です。みな忙しいながらも、愛嬌たっぷり。感じもよく、感心しました。

ルクセンブルクより8月の中旬に夏休みで滞在しました。
子供たちは（5歳・７歳）はプールやmini club,夜のショーを満喫したいました。
mini clubのスタッフたちは色々な国からやって来ている子供たちに向けて数か国語で対応してくれて安心でした。（もちろん日本語はありませんが…）
またとても明るく元気な方々ばかりで毎日mini clubを楽しむことができました。

Drukte alom, volle eetgelegenheden en overvolle zwembaden. De kamers zijn uitermate slecht geïsoleerd, dus tot een uur of 22u komt er veel lawaai de slaapkamer in. Niet ideaal met kleine kinderen.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Am Anfang roch es nach Kloake (Badezimmer).

Generally a very nice holiday.
The positives: firstly a big thank you to all the staff, everyone we met was friendly and helpful, absolutely a great team.
The food, great choice for all and excellent quality, very enjoyable.
(remember it's a family resort so can be a bit chaotic at times!)
Lots of entertainment especially for the kids.
Kids loved the little beach and the hotel is located only 5 minutes (by bus or taxi) to a lovely little town/marina if you want to get out.
Negatives, nowhere for adults to get away for a bit of peace, no adult pool or bar so for us poor grandparents it was "full on".
Our rooms were quite old and dated, (block 12) which was a shame and did "spoil" the experience. We did bring to their attention a couple of issues after a few days, which we thought had been resolved including a damaged bathroom window. However
in one of our rooms that bathroom window fell open with no warning if one of the children was underneath, I dread to think. The tiled floor in the bedroom was sinking resulting in tile cracking with sharp edges.
I believe block 12 is the only accommodation not refurbished yet and other blocks did look new.
I would say the management did seem genuinely concerned and helpful in finally getting the window repaired but we should never had been put at risk in the first place.
That incident did spoil what would have been a lovely family holiday.

En general lo mejor las actividades de niños . Pocas opciones para comer solo el restaurante principal es de gran variedad.. la comida es de calidad … no recomiendo el restaurante en la playa , a pesar de hacer una reserva anticipada llegas y tienes que esperar colas de 15 min porque no te dejan sentarte .. allí no hay variedad de comida .. ni para desayunar y mucho menos para cenar … si no eliges habitaciones cerca de las piscinas tienes que andar muchísimo desde las demás habitaciones que están fuera del hotel .. un tiempo perdido y muy incómodo con niños … el último día nuestras toallas y almohadas desaparecieron de la piscina .. ( menos mal que cojo siempre mi bolso con objetos personales) seguro no repetiré por el precio que pagué esperaba algo mejor

식당이 4개인데 모두 부페고 음식이 아주 좋습니다. 해변식당은 꼭 예약해야 되는데, 2일안에는 항상 마감이니, 체크인전에 앱을 깔아서 미리 예약해보세요
리조트안에 마트랑 옷가게 없는게 없습니다
시내는 차로 10-20분 나가야 있습니다. 며칠간여기서 살아야 합니다. 공항에서는 약1시간. 택시로 90유로.

Un excellent hôtel avec toutes les commodités.
Toute la famille, petits et grands, on trouvé leurs bonheurs.
Plusieurs restaurants, plusieurs piscines pour toutes les âges.
L’hôtel est immense, si on est logé loin, on peut passer plusieurs minutes pour arriver à la réception.
Le personnel est gentil et serviable.
La distance à la plage dépend de l’emplacement de la chambre.
Je conseille cette hôtel pour les familles.

El servicio médico que indican es inesistente, te dicen que es a través de pago, el agua sale salada y las tomas de agua no tenían agua potable. En el castillo de los niños, mi pequeña se hizo un corte, los champús no estaban lleno, para el precio bastante deficiente el servicio
