Sehr solides Hotel, gutes Frühstück, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Zimmerausstattung hätte besser sein können

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. AMAZING View. I absolutely love the Mediterranean Vibe to it. There was a slight accident with the shower where it started overflowing and water went outside but the staff handled it so nice they offered us a brand new Suite which was an amazing upgrade to our original room and brought us champagne so 10/10 costumer service. Absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön ruhig an der Steilküste der anliegenden Bucht gelegen. Die Badebucht mit Sandstrand und flachem Einsteig erreicht man bequeme über eine kleine Treppe direkt vom Hotel aus. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind modern im Strandlook gestaltet und bieten eine super Aussicht. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und am Service kann man keine Kritikpunkte finden. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau etwas verbessern möchte, so ist dies das Dessertbuffet zum Abend. Hier werden immer im wechsel die selben Annehmlichkeiten präsentiert, hier wäre mehr Variation ein Verbesserungspotential. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay at the ICON Valparaiso. Hotel staff were the highlight. Positive, attentive and fun. The Hotel property was lovely. Rooms were nicely decorated and lovely. Food prepared at the hotel was excellent. Great place to stay as adults and adult couples.

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche im Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, direkter Zugang zum Strand (Treppe) sowie gemütliche kleine Poolanlage. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer wurde oft bereits während dem Frühstück gereinigt. Essensmöglichkeiten im Hotel, wobei wir jeweils mit dem Mietauto in nahegelegene Dörfer gefahren sind. Am Abend hört man teilweise Musik von den anderen Hotels, dies ist aber nicht störend.

Service : durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam so dass man sich von Anfang an herzlich willkommen gefühlt hat. Die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und besonders Pool und Sonnenterasse wurden ständig gereinigt und kontrolliert. Lediglich an den letzten Tagen war das Housekeeping nicht so akkurat wie in den Tagen davor.

We loved our stay at Icon overall. The property is stunning, clean, quiet, very well air conditioned regardless the extreme heat conditions outside. Incredibly friendly staff that make you feel welcome and make this property even more enjoyable! We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony, which was a perfect size for us. The hotel is situated on a breathtaking cliff with a stunning view all around, has a super clean pool, amazing lounge areas all around it and a dining area with a view that cannot compare. It’s a perfect getaway spot for couples of all ages. A couple of things we were disappointed in were the fact that there are no loungers on the beach, and you literally have to share the beach with hundreds of travelers from everywhere, since it’s a public beach. Another thing we wished that there were better food options at the hotel restaurant and bar, overall the food was fresh and healthy, but we are avid travelers who usually travel for far destinations for exceptional food experiences and we didn’t feel that the hotel food was it. But overall, this is an absolutely wonderful hotel with incredible staff! The manager Carlos is a wonderful human who made us feel at home, as well Isa at the front desk.

We had a great stay at Icon Valparaiso and the staff were all so lovely, welcoming and friendly. The beach is so close by which is amazing and the view was gorgeous. The sunbeds were great by the pool and always available. A nice chilled atmosphere! We booked the restaurant for our first night and we were very underwhelmed and disappointed with the food and it was incredibly overpriced for what it was (would be such a fab hotel if food was better!) over a brilliant stay.

Bra läge till mallorcas bästa strand, lugnt, stillsamt romantiskt. Maten är ok. Frukosten bra! Bra personal, fina rum, dock lite lyhört. Fin syämning på hotellet!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Massage und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Clean and cute hotel with an amazing views of the Mediterranean ocean. The best is the staff. So friendly and polite. Love Rosa and Adrian. Food is fresh and delicious. Breakfast which is included was amazing.

Cet hôtel offre une belle prestation. Sa situation est très agréable, avec une vue splendide sur la mer et les criques. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Nous avons été enchanté.
