It’s very close to the airport, so if you’re staying here just to catch a plane the next day it’s great value. However, we decided to go to downtown Madrid for the evening and it is so damn far away - but that’s not the property’s fault, just a watchout for potential renters. The real problem was toilet paper. I don’t care how well located you are, how nice the apartment is, or how great the attention is. If you leave only 1/4 of a frigging toilet paper roll available in the apartment for an entire party of 4... we have a problem. Of course, we didn’t notice this until we actually HAD to use the toilet, and by then it was too late at night to do anything or go anywhere. I swear I looked through every nook and cranny in the apartment because I simply couldn’t believe it would be so poorly managed. Guess I was wrong... Oh, and there were only 4 towels available for what we stated was a party of 5 (luckily one of our companions couldn’t make it so 4 towels were enough).

This property claims to have a double bed and a pull-out queen sofa, in addition to 2 twin beds. The “double” bed is basically a slightly wider twin. Two people cannot sleep in this bed. The queen sofa is not comfortable. The bath towels are scant and super thin. I’ve had plenty of gym towels that were better. I would not stay here again with my family of 5.

The apartment was close to the airport, which was convenient for our early night. Street itself was pieceful and there are nice local restaurants nearby. However, for a family of four there was only three beds, two singles and one 120 cm bed which was on top of it very hard, so would not choose this one for confort. Kitchen utilities were really limited, if one would like to cook, but was not an issue in our case.

Very close to the airport and metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the neighborhood was quiet and convenient.
