立地条件はとても良く、スタッフがとても親切でした。部屋は想像以上に狭く、次に利用するときはランクアップしたい。

Great location.Very close to plaza mayor, center of Salamanca. Room is very clean and amenities are perfect. Mini-bar, fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, etc, everything there. Staffs are vert friendly. One thing I was amazed was university students were very noisy with singing songs all night outside. Seemed like it was like a festival, so it is ok, though:-)

4日間滞在しました．Mayor広場に近いわりに静かで，サラマンカの名所にも徒歩１５分と非常に便利です．フロントスタッフはみな英語が通じ，明るいこと，部屋は広く清潔で快適でした．特にベッドとシャワーは良かったです．タオルも清潔でよいものでした．非常にコストパフォーマンスのよい薦められる宿です．外観が回りにマッチしすぎて，入口を見過ごしてしまいそうですが，よいホテルでした．バス乗り場からは4.5ユーロ程度．

2泊しました。Wi-Fi良し、シャワー水圧良し、朝食のトルティージャが美味でした！ TVが0時か1時に勝手につき、しかも砂嵐、2晩とも。1泊目は本当に怖かったです。 プラサマヨールが近くて良い反面、朝まで賑やか。連休のせいかもしれませんが、かなりうるさかったので、また利用するなら耳栓持参します。

Nada, pero nada que ver las fotos de la web con lo que te encuentras. Habitaciones minúsculas, desfasadas, con una luz mínima para poder leer en la cama y ruido nocturno.

I was not happy with the room that we were assigned, the room was tiny, cramped and felt like we were put into a broom cupboard. Hotels.com gives them a 4 star rating, but the hotel itself is a three star. Hotels.com ratings are miss leading and feel I did not get value for money

Hotel muito bem localizado com bom atendimento e conforto razoável. Cansado pelo tempo e precisando de manutenção. Mas atende se vc não se preocupa com detalhes e conforto.

Hotel muy céntrico. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a dar sugerencias con relación a lugares de interés y para comer. No me gustó tener que caminar casi 400 metros hasta el parking, ya que el parking del hotel es muy pequeño. Superb location.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they had to deliver news I did not appreciate about their parking not being accessible at the time. I was reimbursed for this expense and received a nice upgrade of the room. Location could not be better and we enjoyed exploring Salamanca's treasures. Also enjoyed delicious breakfast, highly recommended. The only complaint is about the room. While the beds were most comfortable and the bathroom nice, clean and spacious, the carpet was dirty and the furniture really outdated. Wish it wasn't so because otherwise this hotel would be perfect.

Impossibile dormire in questo albergo. Si trova in centro, ma non ha le finestre insonorizzate per cui ci siamo sorbiti una festa sul posto fino a mezzanotte, le persone che hanno urlato, riso e chiaccherato fino alle 4. Mentre stavamo per addormentarci alle 6 è arrivato il servizio pulizia strade con il macchinario fino alle 7,30. Per chi avrebbe dovuto ripartire in moto il giorno dopo...Decisamente terribile. Va bene la gentilezza del personale, ma questo non ci ha dato il riposo per cui avevamo pagato. Colazione minimal. Buon il posteggio a metà prezzo per le moto.

O hotel é bom e excelente localização,quarto confortável, porém o ar condicionado é muito barulhento. Café da manhã justo. Voltaria

El parking del hotel es extremadamente estrecho y sinuoso.

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre, très propre Environment calme. Personnel très accueillant et attentionné.Vrai petit déjeuner. Grave à vous mon séjour restera dans mes meilleurs souvenirs. Merci

Chambre à quelques mètres de la réception et en RDC : très bruyant jusqu'à au moins 23h00 (personnel parlant fort à la réception), et chambre également juste au-dessus de l'entrée du parking souterrain où les clients hurlent dans l'interphone en parlant au personnel de la réception (qui hurle pour leur répondre). Tous les bruits résonnent dans la chambre (douche au dessus ... Etc). Mais : personnel agréable et souriant, hôtel parfaitement propre, et très bien placé, et petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Easy check in and exactly in the right location, close to everything.

Interesting historic building, great location right next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Pictures of hotel in expedia are a little misleading... rooms were much smaller than they show, same as bathroom. And terrible, terrible parking- truly an afterthought. If you are not used to ultra-small spaces and tight corners do not pay for parking there: it was insanity to find a proper parking space when it was a little full. For $17/day you can go to many other places. Some receptionists were very friendly and efficient, others do not realize that as a tourist one may not be familiar with the old, one-way streets of old downtown Salamanca. Please train your receptionists to be as clear and detailed as possible when giving directions since the hotel is in a walk-only street, not one with easy access for cars (on top of it the road for cars behind the hotel was cut for works when we arrived!), so we kept being afraid of getting traffic tickets just to leave the suitcases at the hotel.==the entrance has tables in front, making it harder to guess that one can drive right next to it.

Muy amables en el servicio. El único pero la cama, un poco corta y me colgaban los pies.
