Lamento decir que no creo que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación justa. El mantenimiento del hotel justo: nos quedamos sin agua caliente un día, el jabón de la ducha estaba roto, la bicicleta del gimnasio en mal estado,... El desayuno muy correcto.

Laut und lieblos. Essen mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Zimmer eher 3 Sterne Niveau. Hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

Everything was fine.

The rooftop bar was lovely. Staff were helpful and very friendly Room was big, clean, gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. We had an issue with the air con and a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, we notified reception but nothing was done. Small issue but we had a lovely stay anyway

Front desk guy was helpful but the woman on the restaurant door was plain rude. But all round funky hotel with great rooftop pool and cool look for the the area

Venligt personale, men for langt fra stranden

Gutes Hotel, fußläufig zur Schinkenstraße. Frühstücksbuffet für den Preis top. Skybar serviert gute Drinks mit super Ausblick. Leider immer wieder Zusatzkosten, z.B. für Safe-Nutzung. Personal nicht besonders freundlich.

Ottimo hotel, buona posizione con pullman vicini per raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola. Personale super gentile, stanze bellissime e buffet completo.

I have stayed here previously and really enjoy the roof top area & the live DJ. The hotel although I’m not the best position is unique & the concept is brilliant. This time I was a little (quite alot) dissatisfied with the attitude of one staff member. I had forgot my phone charge & asked if he had a spare. He lent me one & asked I bring it back which was not an issue. I went for dinner leaving my phone on charge when I got back it wasn’t fully charged. In between that time I fell asleep, at MIDNIGHT the man from reception was knocking at my door asking for the charger back. Completely unnecessary & unacceptable. He snatched the charger from my hand. I was a single woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with this scenario whatsoever. Upon reporting the issue the next day the management were absolutely lovely, I stayed on the roof top pool for a few hours until my transfer & the bar staff were incredible & so very accommodating - an absolute credit to the hotel for service, professionalism & friendly - just a shame about the other member of staff!

Die 3 Sterne gibt es für das wirklich sehr bequeme Bett und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und gesamten Hotels sowie die Freundlichkeit. Soweit zu den schönen Dingen. Nun zu den weniger Guten: Beim Frühstück war das Personal überfordert und gerade wenn die Auswahl nicht so groß ist sollten fehlende Dinge schnell nachgefüllt werden, z. B. Wurst. Tassen waren auch oft keine da. Das ein Pfand verlangt wird für Badetücher ist auch ok aber nicht, daß der Austausch mit EUR 3,50 berechnet wird. Das Zimmer ist leider so klein, daß noch nicht einmal Platz ist, wo man einen Koffer ablegen kann um sich daraus zu bedienen. Es ist auch eine schöne Dachterrasse vorhanden, die aber leider wegen der nur minimalen Möglichkeiten der Schattenspende nur begrenzt nutzbar ist. Ebenfalls störend ist, daß trotz des angehängten Schildes "Bitte nicht stören" nach einem kurzen Klopfen ins Zimmer geschaut wird. Also ich denke ich werde nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Perfekt wenn man den Tag am Pool verbringen möchte, egal ob ruhig oder mit Stimmung beides wird geboten. Super Service und der Strand ist in 7 min zu fuß zu erreichen.

Wie immer sind die Bilder der Website alt und zeigen den aktuellen Zustand nicht. Indico Abgerockt müsste es heißen.

Je suis contente d'avoir choisi Cet hôtel car tout était top ! L'hôtel est beau et dispose de plein de chose pour s'occuper, impossible de s'ennuyer ! Je recommande vivement :)

Great if you’re a bunch of Uni students looking to party. Loud at all hours of the night, room and common spaces had some weird smells, and cleanliness was sub par.

War sehr zufrieden und das Essen war auch ganz gut.

The bar man Jose on the sky bar made our holiday so welcoming his hospitality was next to none. Excellent
