Fantastic hotel, the suite with roof top hot tub was incredible. Amazing cocktails at the pool bar. Will definitely stay here again.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war hervorragend, sauber, schön groß und die zwei Badezimmer haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir auch als vierköpfige Familie uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Personal war höflich, super zuvorkommend und gerade auch den Kindern gegenüber freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, nah am Meer, nah an einem Lebensmittel Geschäft und die Angebote selber einfach rundum gelungen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen Traumurlaub und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Personal super, Sauberkeit super, Der Pool im Prestigebereich bräuchte mal eine kleine Sanierung, ansonsten gut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

We had a fantastic family holiday here at the Suites in August 2025. The rooms were immaculate and v well cleaned on a daily basis. Spacious and practical and well located for the town. Plenty of things to do at the hotel and the splash zone and water parks were real hits. All v well kept. The pools were all brilliant and unique in character and the beach tools v luxurious. The entertainers work hard and the singing shows and daytime entertainment programme is good, esp the pool party. Some shows are dated (ABBA tribute and Michael Jackson show even though the dancing is great) and some of fitness classes are too basic (even though the instructors are great they). Breakfast is fine - great selection esp pancakes but the coffee and service of drinks needs to improve. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, family orientated resort but with plenty to do. Great markets on Wednesdays and Sundays and good quality supermarkets. Some of the restaurants are a big hit and miss but we really liked Aire on the beach. It’s a great beach with shallow warm warmers. Worth hiring a car and exploring the island but also enough to do to stay in Punta Prima.

Nous avons séjournés 9 nuits dans la partie très Prestige, très appréciable si on veut un peu de calme en famille. La suite est très spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le buffet / petit déjeuner sont très copieux et variés. Le gros bémol restera le prix des consommations, 5,80€ la bouteille d’eau de 50cl, c’est vraiment du vol ! Surtout que l’eau n’est pas inclus dans la formule demi pension. Pour le reste il n’y a rien a redire, nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Wonderful resort, quiet, plenty of pools for the kids to explore and even a small waterpark on site. Amazing location to beach and a good choice of restaurants. Good evening entertainment too.

Beautiful location and lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming and always willing to help. Nice little area just off the complex with nice restaurants. Evening entertainment was fab. Highly recommend.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel très présent et aimable. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Beaucoup d’activités. Un seul bémol pour l’espace fitness sous équipé et très mal entretenu.

Very peaceful and quiet on the prestige side. Main beach was a 5 min walk from hotel and was beautiful

Overall great place to stay when travelling with little ones. Loved the selection of pools.

Bel emplacement au bord de la mer, vue magnifique, grande suite, propre. bon petit déjeuner et staff de la piscine sympathique. Emplacement isolé si pas de voiture, petite plage moyenne à proximité. Personnel saisonnier globalement gentil mais pas de management. Bon barman et super équipe animation kids club et show. L'hôtel fait partie d'une resort all inclusive propre avec plusieurs piscines. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles au niveau du service, réception inefficace et ignorante (incapable de renseigner sur restaurant ou activité), pas de concierge. Arrivée tard, le personnel vous regarde avec le chariot de bagage ss vous aider. La douche de la suite n'a pas été réglée toute la semaine, la 2ème était brulante, malgré de nombreuses demandes, literie dur, coussin médiocre, et pas de sofa convertible pour enfant (fauteuil convertible) ou lit 1 pers.

We where on the side of non inclusive, it was private and beautifully kept, the rooms feel like a villa with a private small kitchenette and the living room jas a Murphy bed that comes down at night with 2 full bathrooms and the million dollar views, just make sure if you want to east in premises you must reserve before

Certamente non ci tornerò’. Non è neanche lontanamente un 5*. Servizio in piscina e ai bara pessimo. Reception in linea con quanto già espresso. Camere grandi e pulite ma obsolete. Ristorante discretamente buono con buon servizio.

Es un resort amplio, recomiendo la zona Prestige Suites antes que el resort normal. Conexión directa con la playa, habitación muy amplia, mini cocina, dos baños, cama muy comoda, buenas vistas y personal de 10!

Bel établissement avec un gros bémol sur le tarif excessif des consommations que ce soit dans le minibar de la chambre très bien garni, ou le bar de l'hotel
