el piso fue cambiado, no nos gusto,y nos ayudaron con otro piso con una ubicacion inmejorable... el piso mucho que mejorar... como recomendacion.

Simply a scam. The property is in bad condition and unclean. The service is the worst I have seen ever, the room is dirty and the sheets are even worse. The only good thing is outside as the location is good. As per the price I paid this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

The room was completely different from the picture; even the address was different. I communicated with the phone number indicated in the description, and he gave me a very basic room in an old building in a nasty place. I felt very disappointed.

Pésimo lugar. Infestado de chinches y además se les pidió apoyo todo mundo dice que hay que Mandar un correo que sigo esperando comstesten hasta ahora. O verdad que me extraña que hoteles lo tenga como opción.

This property is worst of the worst. Constant power outages every 10 minutes due to electrical issues and you have to keep turning the circuit breaker back on in order to have power. Management tried to blame it on the rain, but ALL other surrounding places had electricity. Also water damage in which the bathroom ceiling is about to fall, bad smell, poor lighting and ventilation, broken window glass, no internet/WIFI (doesn’t work). Very dirty and out dated. I hate leaving a bad review, but it’s not fair that anyone has to deal with such place and people must be warned. We just left with minutes to another place. Thank you Orbitz/Expedia for assisting us with a replacement property within minutes. We also took photos & video incase the property management tried to deny. That’s why they only have one photo of the property online.

Het was eigenlijk geen hotel, maar een vreselijke kamer die tot zogenaamd hotel was gemerkt. (vieze stank en riolering geur enz) alles wat op de afbeeldingen te zien is, is nep. Heel moeilijk te vinden. De zogenaamd enig hotel personeel leek absoluut niet net en aangenaam. Op het eerst gezicht leek hij te twijfelen of WIJ geen controle waren. Toen hij wist dat wij in de maling waren genomen kwam hij te Voorschijn. En hij heeft onze indentiteit inefficiënt met zijn telefoon vastgelegd.

The location is close to everything to eat and shop BUT the apartment itself isn't very clean. The kitchen light doesn't work, no microwave, not very clean when we arrived. As well as no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap was provided so keep in mind you have to go out and get the basic necessities.

Most historical and touristic atractions are within a 15 min. walkable distance. Although in the middle of a hive of social life, the property is really quiet and peaceful. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Main communication arteries are also close by.

L'appartement est très bien placé, et propre bien que plus petit qu'annoncé. Pas de restaurant, c'est un immeuble d'habitation. L'accueil est aimable, mais exclusivement en espagnol (et non en anglais / francais comme annoncé). La salle de bain est très bien. Cuisine ok, mais pas d'endroit où manger. La rue est très bruyante (bar juste dessous), ce qui ne serait pas un probleme si les volets fermaient (un completement cassé et un qui a refusé de se refermer au bout de 2 jours). Idem pour les fenêtres, la moitié etaient cassées, et ne tenaient que grace à un petit loquet, qui les laissait s'ouvrir d'un bon cm. Même problème avec la porte d'entrée. La serrure a été remplacée par un petit verrou, et baille donc énormément. Ce n'est pas securisant, d'autant que le coffre annoncé est inexistant. Les photos ne correspondent pas, ce n'est pas le même appartement. Rapport sualite prix assez mauvais, et surtout ca ne correspond pas à ce qu'on nous avait vendu...

Overall I believe Carlos did an amazing job with his room! This is in such a great location that you can walk anywhere in Madrid or take the metro which is also conveniently located near by. I will definitely be coming back. I appreciate everything you did for us Carlos! I had such an amazing time and the local food spots were amazing as well!

Piso muy muy pequeño y viejo. Para solo dormir está bien. Para hacer un poco de vida, imposible. El agua caliente solo sale hirviendo y no hay suficente para 5/6 personas seguidas.

Запущенная квартира в полуподвальном помещении. Полноценная одна спальня, вторая за перегородкой. Грязь и вонь. Мах 30 кВ. Оплатив всю стоимость проживания, смогли продержаться в этом подвале пару часов. Деньги не вернули. Отвратительная квартира , как и ресурс , который размещает непроверенную информацию
