とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい。ホスピタリティあふれる案内と街のおすすめを熱心にしてくれる。他のスタッフもそうだった。クラブメッドに勤務していたというスタッフがいたが、なるほどと思わせる雰囲気。 部屋はあちこちに点在しているようだった。私たちの部屋はレセプションの奥で便利。 部屋は狭いけれどアイロンなど備品は充分。次回泊まるならもう少し広い部屋にしたい。

Breakfast not provided but we knew that when we booked. So conveniently located that it's not an issue. All in all super time was had and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

La Villa Marbella is a wonderful boutique hotel right in Old Town Marbella in a great location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, the beach. The hotel is gorgeous & the staff is first rate!! Everyone made me feel right at home, helped me with directions, things to do, etc. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had & I’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries!

Very friwndly and helpful staff. Clean room. Brilliant location.

This is a cute hotel in the old town part of Marbella - I stayed for 3 nights. I thought the Asian motif decoration was an unusual choice given the location of southern Spain, but the hotel was extremely clean with a very friendly front desk staff, who seem ready to help you with any possible request. They gifted me a lovely breakfast one morning to celebrate the season opening of their rooftop terrace, which is a calm and sunny spot with nice views over the rooftops of the city. Unfortunately, and out of the control of the hotel, the location seems relatively noisy, with tourists making a lot of noise throughout the night in the streets. I was visiting during the low season, so I can only imagine this is much worse during the most popular times - I had to use my earplugs a few times in order to sleep.

A little bit hard bed and bad wifi that easily could have been fixed with upgrading to a new rooter. But all in all a Wonderfull stay.

This place is truly amazing. The staff make you feel so welcomed and the property itself is incredible. Clean, very comfortable, and a one minute walk to the city center. Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

This was a hidden gem in the middle of historic Marbella, Spain. We couldn’t have asked for a better place (location) and quality for the value.

Clean room, staff friendly and accommodating, offered free breakfast and upgraded accommodation, only problem was the tv remote wasn’t functioning

너무 깨끗하고 예쁩니다. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고요. 주차는 근처 메르카도 주차장 조금 비싸긴 해도 가능하네요.

Dos días en Semana Santa… y la sensación de haber descubierto un pequeño tesoro en pleno casco antiguo. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue de esos que no se olvidan: cercano, natural y de verdad. Nada forzado. Se nota cuando a alguien le gusta lo que hace, y aquí se nota en cada detalle. Han sido solo dos días, pero suficientes para desconectar, descansar y sentirnos cuidados. Volveremos. Y eso, al final, lo dice todo. Parking cercano

Estadia excelente no geral, desde a limpeza, aos funcionários, às condições do quarto.

Het personeel maakt deze accommodatie en daar mag de eigenaar van het hotel met recht trots op zijn. Hierbij vind ik het ook belangrijk om buiten de receptionisten, ook de uiterst vriendelijke en hardwerkende dame van housekeeping uit Ukraine te benoemen. Over de accommodatie zelf zal ik eerlijk zijn. Het is een sfeervol hotel wat bestaat uit kamers in verschillende panden. Ik zelf zat in de Singapore, één van de Aziatische kamers. De kamer is sfeervol maar er zijn een aantal zaken die aandacht behoeven en waar ik ook over heb gesproken met het personeel tijdens mijn bezoek. De waterdruk van de douche en ook bad is niet op orde. Ook hangt er een lucht van optrekkend vocht. Er zitten vochtvliegen die alleen bij extreem hoge concentratie vocht voorkomen. De tv decoder werkt niet waardoor er maar een paar kanalen maar niet de Spaanse nationale zenders te zien waren. Wat wel zo prettig was geweest want ik ben Spaans sprekend en ik was alleen. Ook ontbrak er een prullenbak. Deze werd nadat ik hier melding van had gemaakt, wel door housekeeping geplaatst. Het bewuste pand heeft aan zowel aan de voorkant alsmede de achterzijde van het pand uitzicht op braakliggende grond en een verlaten pand. Ook staat er beneden in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte een machine die ooit gebruikt werd om gasten iets uit te laten kopen. Wanneer je als hotel deze apparatuur niet meer gebruikt, haal deze dan weg. Wel zo netjes! Kortom naast de ontzettend aardige medewerkers is er ruimte voor verbetering!

Amabilidad y buena recepcion. La habitacion no era exactamente la esperada pero era correcta segun lo indicado. Algunas cosas como la persiana no funcionaban y no entendimos porque solo nos ponian una toalla de lavabo cuando eramos dos y ponian correctamente dos de ducha.
