ロケーションが素晴らしい。バスターミナル、空港、中央駅行きのバス停、観光地、繁華街、どこでも徒歩5分かからない距離にあります。 スタッフの方はとても親切でテキパキと対応してくれます。 部屋は清潔で広く、コーヒー、紅茶、アメニティ(シャンプー、ボディソープ、クリーム、MOLTON)、エクストラの枕がついています。 朝食はブュッフェではなくメニューから選ぶようになっています。量が多く、どれも美味しかったです。

スタッフが親切で感じが良く、客室はセンスが良くて清潔。アルカサルまで数分で、観光拠点として最高です。毎日、夕方に無料のアフタヌーンティーサービスがあり、ケーキが美味しかったです。

スタッフは英語が堪能で親切。場所も大聖堂の近くで便利でした。部屋も綺麗でオススメです。

セビリア市内にあり観光には便利です。スペインを感じる部屋はまた泊りたくなるホテルです。

Location excellent very central and lots of good restaurants in the area. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room very clean. First night disturbed by street cleaning machine but staff immediately offered a change of room higher up which was very quiet. Breakfast unusual, we adapted to suit ourselves. Hotel also offered a tea and sandwiches at 4.30pm.

The hotel was lovely and very clean in a great location. The staff was truly outstanding - helpful, knowledgeable, kind and always going the extra mile. They helped us have a wonderful vacation in Seville.

It wasn’t a 4 star hotel, barely boutique hotel. I had to ask for everything (vanity tools, the safe didn’t work, no car passage to the hotel entrance, the staff needed me to be followed for every single thing I ask for, the pillows were so uncomfortable, their coffee machine wasn’t a machine and to be able to make coffee u would go and plug it in another corner of the room without table on the floor, no bathrobes, slippers had to be requested, the room had very little light as the ceiling was wood so just night stands light) I can’t believe the rate I saw on Expedia. For the first time I’m fooled by ratings of a hotel by Expedia. Not worth the high rating at all.

If you are looking for a charming, close to everything, super kind staff, this is the place to stay in Sevilla. Stayed in room 6 in the interior courtyard and the experience was extraordinary.

Room was very clean. The amenities were very nice. Location very close to all the historical areas! The reception staff was the best part of the one week stay...extremely courteous, helpful and cheerful!

Staff super nice and a clean room

The staff made me feel at home: encouraging and helping me with my Spanish, letting me hang out and inviting me to tea & snacks after checkout since I had a late flight. Not to mention the lovely pride of peacocks that gathered in the Real Alcázar gardens just below my window: it warmed this bird nerds’ heart to hear the baby and adult peacocks talk amongst themselves!

This was an incredibly perfect hotel for what we needed. Amazing service from all the staff but especially Paula! We were able to check in early upon arrival and stow our baggage until late afternoon on the way out. Location was excellent. Such a warm friendly place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! Hope to stay again!

We really loved staying here and loved room 13. The balcony with the parrots in the morning are really interesting. Only challenge was the hotel is on central heat and air so we could not turn on the AC at night. Only the heat was coming in. Spent a lot of time with the balcony door open to get cooler air.

Dejligt lille boutique hotel med kun 18 værelser placeret centralt i den historiske del af Sevilla men i stille omgivelser. Personalet i receptionen taler flydende engelsk og alle er meget imødekommende. Morgenmaden er super. Der er ikke restaurant i hotellet men der er masser af restauranter lige uden for døren.

Gorgeous room. Perfect location in the middle of it all. Not too hectic, at least not in November.
