The hotel facilities were clean and well located. However, we had to pay city tax separately in addition to the accommodation fee, and the online card payment did not go through, so we had to repeat the phone call many times, which took a lot of time and phone bills. The accommodations are good, but it was a waste of time.

Assistenza h24,luogo tranquillo .. tutto semplicissimo per accedere alla struttura. Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto. Vicino la metro a due fermate dal centro. Ottima zona, ottima posizione.

Customer Service provided wrong information about the luggage storage and I had to paid 40 euros in the train station. Hot water no last more than 2 baths

Great location, bed was amazing, but sofa bed was not great. Kitchen was fully equipped and very convenient. No front of house staff, but online support are responsive and quite helpful.

Un muy buen lugar pero que no estaba preparado para recibirnos, el cuarto olía MUCHO a pintura y no había ropa de cama, toallas ni almohadas para el 3er huesped de la habitación (que encima te cobran un extra inentendible por eso…)

El espacio está lindo, limpio y muy bien situado. es muy fácil su acceso. La verdad fue una grata y linda estadía. lo recomiendo ampliamente

Great property to stay at for a short trip! No close to the city center, about a 40 minute walk, but there are buses and trains near. However, super close to the railroad station. Perfect room, great cleanliness, and as opposed to other limehome's I was able to speak to a housekeeper who was in the building everyday!

The bed was firm & confortable, the area without any interest, quiet. We didnt like the fact that they had not left any bottled water as the water is awful,it has a strong taste of bleach.Also the tv was not working for 3 days, it hadnot been checked, we asked the cleaning staff they coulnt start it, a young guy was sent but unfortunately it didnt work, finally the management sent a technician after 3 days.

Well located, close to Plaza Espanya. The unit smell so bad, We had to sleep with open windows on a rainy night. Both the bed and the sofa bed were so uncomfortable. Too much noise from the street until late at night.

Our suite was the perfect amount of space for my parents and me. My parents took the bedroom and I had the foldout in the living area. The kitchen was spacious as well and had the basics (plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc), but we didn't really use any of this. For some inexplicable reason, they put the bathroom door from the bedroom instead of on the shared side, so it's required to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. I'm not sure I like the limehouse process. The website needs to be better integrated into their process (1 - fill out the intake form with password, 2 - pay the city taxes). The website seems to have no idea about #2, so it wouldn't release the room unlock code until I contacted support.

Not as good as a previous Limehome Stay in Madrid. Positives: close to Tarragona Metro and Sants; dishwasher; reasonable room amenities, comfortable bed. Negatives: shared washer on roof, area slightly downmarket, not in major tourist/shopping hub, only 1 dishwasher and washer tab for 3 nights is a bit mean which is probably why i found dirty dishes in the stack in cupboard. Be careful as are 2 building entrances to different apartments. (i could not find my apartment), a few Soundproofing Issues, could not fully understand the lighting system, switches everywhere many not working.
