Perfect place for a family with small kids.

外観、食事、部屋、アクティビティ、どれを取っても最高のホテルでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、1歳の子供は名前を呼んでもらってご機嫌でした。 毎日豪華なビュッフェで、特にステーキは柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。テーマが毎日変わるので、今日はイタリアンかな？和食かな？と楽しみでした。 ひとつ心残りなのは、日本人の私たちにはプールの水が冷たすぎて入れなかったことです。子供は大喜びでしたが、大人は震えるほどだったので、もっと暖かい季節に来てプールを楽しみたいです。 小さい子供を連れたファミリーには最高のホテルです！

Das Essen, v.a. am Abend ist wenig abwechslungsreich und die Qualität ist leider nicht auf einem 5-Sterne Niveau.

Vuelvo cada año, varias veces por una única razón, sus piscinas. He recomendando en varias ocasiones este hotel a familiares y amigos y creo que no volveré a hacerlo por varias razones : 1. El servicio de desayunos no está para nada a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas. Servicio desagradable, escasez de productos y oscuridad 2. Experiencia de check-in nefasta, terriblemente lenta y staff poco detallista 3. Es un hotel para niños , si esto no te importa o es lo que buscas está bien. Asimismo he notado el hotel más descuidado Ie otras veces. Mi habitación no tenía kettle. En definitiva , lo único por lo que escogería este hotel es las piscinas. Los otros Lopesan de Meloneras le superan en cuanto al resto calidad precio

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Great theming in the most part, but all of the water was out of the lakes and rivers which put a massive dampener on the experience. They were working on fixing the issue while we were there with petrol cutters creating an huge amount on noise. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, but several times when we asked for basic help (extra towels and directions for bus stop) we were met with rolled eyes and an attitude which showed they felt us a nuisance. Pools are really good, but standard situation where people were leaving their towels on beds so made it impossible to find a spot on the first few days. The hotel did try and fix this but putting notes out. Food was ok, we found any meat cooked on the griddle was poor, in some cases inedible. Beef was very tough and fish teeming with bones. Worst problem was despite us asking on 3 separate occasions for interconnecting rooms; on booking, by email and on checkin. Only when we arrived did we find that it’s not possible due to us being a party of 6, the only interconnecting rooms they have are for 2 people per room max. With 4 children, If we’d have know this we wouldn’t have chosen this resort. I am generally a happy traveller and seldom complain, I tend to get on with things and make the most of every situation. So it aggrieves me to write this review. There were good parts to this holiday of course, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

So spacious! So many things to do around the property where you rarely need to take a cab to go anywhere else.

The resort wasn't very nice I was however disappointed that the water was out of all the water features around the property. We were not made aware before booking that this would be the case. Otherwise the property was nice.

Dette hotellet var dessverre ikke verdt prisen vi betalte. Det var svært få aktiviteter tilgjengelig, og hotellet tilbød nesten ingen underholdning eller fasiliteter for gjestene. Når man betaler for full pensjon, forventer man et bredt og variert utvalg av matretter – noe som dessverre manglet her. I tillegg burde vann som drikke være inkludert i prisen ved full pensjon, men det var det heller ikke. Selve hotellet opplevdes mørkt og lite innbydende, og det var ofte sterk vind ved inngangspartiet, noe som trakk ned helhetsinntrykket ytterligere. Til sammenligning bodde vi i fjor på Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa, og dette hotellet var betydelig bedre på alle måter. Oppholdet der stod i stil med prisen vi betalte, både når det gjelder standard, service og tilbud.

Great hotel. I was allocated a room that I wasn’t happy with and the situation got promptly resolved. The food was excellent! Staff were lovely and the pools were very peaceful.

Propiedad de gran tamaño con habitaciones espaciosas,diferentes piscinas y a unos 12 mins caminando a la playa y tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Las habitaciones podrian tener un kettle y te/cafe y el desayuno y cena en el reataurante baobab es un poco estresante con la cantidad de huespedes y la reparticion de los alimentos, sin mucha variedad de un dia para otro.

Service nett aber leider hier und da spanische Mentalität.. Teller waren fast jedes Mal dreckig .. wenn man etwas angesprochen hat, wurde sich darum gekümmert .

Das Hotel ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, insgesamt sehr sehr sauber. Aufgrund der tollen Vegetation: Palmen, Bäume, Pflanzen ist die Anlage so schön angelegt. Leider waren Mitte März sehr viele Kleinkinder im Resort, der Speisesaal ist sehr dunkel und könnte von den Tischen und vom Boden etwas renoviert werden

Terrible service—this hotel shouldn’t be rated as five-star (or a VIP hotel on Expedia). The staff was unhelpful, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the overall experience was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the price! I’ll never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a true luxury experience.

Servicen och maten absolut 5stjärnig. Dock var rummen slitna och lite svartmögel i duschen. Påtalade detta för hotellet och vi blev erbjudna ett nytt rum men vi skulle inte stanna mer än 4 dagar och avböjde. Drickan ohyggligt dyr fast man har helpension. 3,5 euro för 237 ml cola zero. Nu bor man inte på detta hotellet för att det är billigt men priserna tog lite udden av upplevelsen.

Everything was top notch.

Ill start off by saying this is NOT a 5 Star Hotel. 4 at best. I booked a Superior Double Room, Terrace Room. Later switched to a different room due to the noise outside at 5:30 am every morning. (BIRD GARDEN) Pros: -The pool area was very beautiful, nice pool for children and adults. 10/10 -Cleaned room everyday. Cons: - Rooms are old, NOT sound proof, and have bad lighting. -Shower area was dark and slippery. -Amenities smelled like chemicals. -WASPS/BEES everywhere around pool. -Food was mediocre and quite expensive. -Service for drinks/food was often slow and rude.

Large resort with 9 pools. Long walking distances in such big facilities but feels nice because of the nice surroundings. It is a bit worn out but cleaning is good. The fight of placing towels on chairs in the morning is a bit annoying. Opening times of the restaurants are hopeless and makes it difficult to order food on the premises. Also we felt arrogant treated by some male service staff in the baobao restaurant when we were asking bout opening times. Breakfast buffet in baobao restaurant is mediocre and quality varies a lot. Very nice ham and cheese area, egg station and crepes. Sweet melon was really good while strawberries and pineapple were not edible. Coffee not great. The worst thing is the cleanliness of the plates. Something seriously wrong with how they clean the plates. All feel dirty and gross with water traces. The African restaurant was really good though. SVery expensive price which makes it a good value stay.
