Perfect place for a family with small kids.

外観、食事、部屋、アクティビティ、どれを取っても最高のホテルでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、1歳の子供は名前を呼んでもらってご機嫌でした。 毎日豪華なビュッフェで、特にステーキは柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。テーマが毎日変わるので、今日はイタリアンかな？和食かな？と楽しみでした。 ひとつ心残りなのは、日本人の私たちにはプールの水が冷たすぎて入れなかったことです。子供は大喜びでしたが、大人は震えるほどだったので、もっと暖かい季節に来てプールを楽しみたいです。 小さい子供を連れたファミリーには最高のホテルです！

Bij aankomst aangenaam verrast van de uitstraling van het hotel. Eenmaal in de kamer hing er een onaangename sterke geur (ondanks net schoongemaakt), is na meerdere meldingen niet verholpen. Voor vele voorzieningen moet bijbetaald worden (kinderstoel op de kamer), waterflesjes op de kamer, parkeerkosten niet inbegrepen. Handdoekje leggen wordt niet op gehandhaafd en is een groot probleem bij de zwembaden. Al met al hebben we dit hotel iets overschat.

Great hotel!

We love this hotel. It is perfect. The activities. The service, the way it smells. Really incredible for kids. But this year, panchis show was extremely short… and not too much for 9 year olds…

Loved this place. Definitely want to come back. I should stay quiet don't want my new favorite place to be discovered 😉

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage war hervorragend man kann mit dem öffentlichen Bus alles erreicht. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe und Einkaufsmeilen. Leider war es sehr hell hörig man hat morgens um 8 angefangen zu bohren was sehr störend war

Det er ikke kaffe maskiner på rommet det var ett stort savn. Middag på buffeten var ikke bra. Alt annet👌

Heerlijk mooi hotel met prachtige zwembaden. Bij aankomst (na een vertraging van ruim 24 uit) kregen we een upgrade naar een mooie suite. De kamers zijn mooi en ruim en allemaal voorzien van een bad en douche De faciliteiten in het hotel zijn meer dan goed. Mooi hotel zowel voor stellen, ouderen en mensen met kleine kinderen. Hotel is mooi ingericht en ruim opgezet.

Tout était très bien. 2 reprocjes quand même : 1= un reproche que l'on peut faire est le bruit des oiseaux qui dorment dans le patio contenant des bambous. A partir de 5 heures du matin il n'est plus possible de dormir tant les oiseaux font du bruit. 2- il nest pas normal de ne pas pouvoir a oir de l'eau au repas sans devoir la payer. Séjour magique quand même.

Great building, gardens and pool area

Très bon séjour mais le personnel un peu rigide. Nous avions réservé deux séjours se cumulant et on a dû changer de chambre entre les deux…

Das Essen, v.a. am Abend ist wenig abwechslungsreich und die Qualität ist leider nicht auf einem 5-Sterne Niveau.

Vuelvo cada año, varias veces por una única razón, sus piscinas. He recomendando en varias ocasiones este hotel a familiares y amigos y creo que no volveré a hacerlo por varias razones : 1. El servicio de desayunos no está para nada a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas. Servicio desagradable, escasez de productos y oscuridad 2. Experiencia de check-in nefasta, terriblemente lenta y staff poco detallista 3. Es un hotel para niños , si esto no te importa o es lo que buscas está bien. Asimismo he notado el hotel más descuidado Ie otras veces. Mi habitación no tenía kettle. En definitiva , lo único por lo que escogería este hotel es las piscinas. Los otros Lopesan de Meloneras le superan en cuanto al resto calidad precio

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Great theming in the most part, but all of the water was out of the lakes and rivers which put a massive dampener on the experience. They were working on fixing the issue while we were there with petrol cutters creating an huge amount on noise. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, but several times when we asked for basic help (extra towels and directions for bus stop) we were met with rolled eyes and an attitude which showed they felt us a nuisance. Pools are really good, but standard situation where people were leaving their towels on beds so made it impossible to find a spot on the first few days. The hotel did try and fix this but putting notes out. Food was ok, we found any meat cooked on the griddle was poor, in some cases inedible. Beef was very tough and fish teeming with bones. Worst problem was despite us asking on 3 separate occasions for interconnecting rooms; on booking, by email and on checkin. Only when we arrived did we find that it’s not possible due to us being a party of 6, the only interconnecting rooms they have are for 2 people per room max. With 4 children, If we’d have know this we wouldn’t have chosen this resort. I am generally a happy traveller and seldom complain, I tend to get on with things and make the most of every situation. So it aggrieves me to write this review. There were good parts to this holiday of course, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

So spacious! So many things to do around the property where you rarely need to take a cab to go anywhere else.

The resort wasn't very nice I was however disappointed that the water was out of all the water features around the property. We were not made aware before booking that this would be the case. Otherwise the property was nice.
