The rook was beautiful as were the amenities. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was clean and pristine throughout the resort. The bar had great service and we were helped with everything we needed.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and addressed any concerns promptly. The grounds, foliage and pools are the most beautiful and are maintained in top shape. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are fresh, appealing and varied with a huge selection ! There are plenty of pool lounge chairs even late in the day. I recommend this hotel with highest marks and will return again soon to have another great experience !

The room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was marvellous. The staff was very accommodating. The variety of pools was impressive. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the outdoor pools would have been more heated.

Plus Wunderschönes Hotel mit toll gestalteten Innen- und Außenbereichen, traumhaften Pools und einem hervorragenden Buffet. Die Lage ist top und alles ist sehr sauber. ​Minus In einem 5-Sterne-Haus setzen wir eine Nespresso-Maschine als Standard voraus. Zudem besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Kaffeepäckchen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Reinigungspersonal und an der Rezeption nicht nachgefüllt wurden. ​Letztens der Zutritt zur Sauna war leider nicht im Preis enthalten, sondern nur gegen Aufpreis innerhalb eines Wellnesspakets möglich.

Super séjour, un très bel hôtel, de belles chambres spacieuses et confortable (avec peignoirs et chaussons), grandes piscines. Excellents PDJ. Nous sommes ravis et y retournerons avec plaisir

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht

Staff were consistently rude and unapproachable to both myself and my wife, which completely took away from what was meant to be our honeymoon. At times, we were simply ignored, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort of this standard. When we tried to book the spa, the staff there told us it was fully booked in a dismissive and borderline hostile manner. It didn’t feel right, so we checked with main reception, who confirmed there were actually spaces available. This means we were either misinformed or outright lied to. When we returned later that day, the spa staff looked shocked to see us, like they didn’t expect us to come back. Breakfast was no better. As it was our first time, we asked a few basic questions about seating and food options and were met with the same attitude, short, dismissive responses, or being ignored altogether. Staff were rude, avoidant, and at times spoke to us in a raised or abrupt tone. The hotel itself is clean and the facilities are genuinely very good, which makes the service even more disappointing. Aside from the cleaning staff, who were great, most of the team we encountered were unprofessional and clearly uninterested in helping guests. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This wasn’t an isolated experience, other guests we spoke to had similar issues. It’s a real shame, because the facilities are excellent, but the service lets the entire place down.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer topp und die Anlage Wunderschön

The hotel is supposed to be one of the top hotels in Gran Canaria but is far from being the best. We paid for an ocean front room. Our room was located in the 5th floor of the main building which we thought was a good thing. The balcony door could be open or closed & the noise was the same. The shows started at 10pm and ended at 11pm. Awful noise until 1am. The room temperature can not be controlled by any guest. It is controlled by the property & set to 70o F. We were sweating every night & called the front desk who answered…”we can’t change the temperature for ecological reasons”. The pool service was pitiful. No waiters to attend any pool chairs. If you wanted anything you had to walk to one of the bars, if they were open, & wait forever to get service. The kitchen in all outside bars closed at 4pm even for snack/tapas. And no drinks around any pool bar after 5:45pm. The beach is not hotel front, you have a good walk to get to the sand. You can only get a dry pool towel between 10am and 12pm, they are closed outside those hours. We paid for breakfast included with our stay. One morning we had an early tour and they said they would prepare a breakfast to go. The bag we received left a lot to be desired compared to the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It had a cold sandwich with old bread & fruits that were starting to rot. This is the only hotel were I have stayed and the king bed only had two pillows for 2 people. We had to order two additional pillows. Stay elsewhere!!

Pools and garden areas are great; also near the beach and walking areas

Wir wurden 2x mit dem Zimmer enttäuscht! 6277 mit der sehr lauten Kläranlage und 4211 (leider keine Sonne!!) Jeder wusste unsere Unzufriedenheit und keiner hat uns upgrgradet!!!!

Das Zimmer & das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber & gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sonderlich freundlich & die laute Musik am Abend war nicht so toll. Essen würde ich nicht mehr dort.

Another amazing stay. Never been let down by this hotel, immaculately kept. Great for a relaxing break. Got upgraded at check it and loved our room with living room and sea view. Hotel was very busy but was still enough seating indoors and outdoors. Only criticism to note on this occasion was changes to breakfast. Felt there was less options than previous stays and a lot of staff training. Coffee in coffee pots were cold. A lot of staff in training and some not well guided. Will definitely return and highly recommend for great holiday
