Appartement très bien situé qui permet de faire les visites à pied. Double vitrage efficace.Bonne literie. Seul point regrettable (compte tenu du niveau de prestations) le ménage. Ustensiles de cuisine pas vraiment propres, tapis de sol plein de cheveux dans la salle de bains, balayette de wc dégoutante. Dommage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était très agréable, très propre et confortable. L'appartement est facile d'accès, tout est à proximité les commerces, les monuments le centre-ville,....

In a state of disrepair, toilet door wouldn’t close

El apartamento está excelente en ubicación pero es demasiado pequeño y le falta equipamiento, por ejemplo, había solo un vaso y debes comer en la mesa ratona, no tiene mesas de luz ni nada similar dónde apoyar tu móvil o tu libro. En fin no muy cómodo pero la atención de la administración es excelente y muy amable y cordial la Sra. Belen.

Pros: cleanness, location, spacious Cons: i stayed in the first floor, and it seemed like a cave (no light during the day even though there is the window, and very soggy), and thus i could not feel so fresh after sleeping. It was noisy at night within the apartment (not sure if they were customers or not).

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, en el centro de Granada. El apartamento de 1 habitación estaba en la planta baja de un edificio, es interior, las ventanas dan a la entrada del edificio. El apartamento tenia mucha humedad y para que se fuese tuvimos que tener todo el dia el aire acondicionado para que se fuese el olor a humedad. El apartamento esta bien, lo único negativo la humedad y lo mejor la ubicación.

El apartamento muy confortable y completo. Las escaleras para subir a los apartamentos muy deterioradas, barandilla suelta y escalones rotos.

Es una zona muy céntrica, muy bien situado, el problema es si te tocan otros huéspedes que se están toda la noche de copas, llévate unos tapones si quieres dormir. Por lo demás bien buena atención, limpieza y cómodo, es un pequeño apartamento.

The room was not as described in my confirmation. It was a damp ground floor tiny apartment within the entrance courtyard to a block of flats. It was very basic and uncomfortable. Random Windows looked onto the entrance door and main thoroughfare to the rest of the upper apartments. As the place had no other occupants I could have been given a better appartment! It was very dark with next to no natural light. It's been the worst accommodation I have stayed I since I was a student 40 years ago. Never again. The appartment block is not manned by staff and I had to enlist a nearby hotel to find the owners to gain access. The owners/administrators are located a couple of blocks away in another pensione building. They were very pleasant, but this did not make up for such a dissapointing experience. So be careful of these apartments they clearly are not what is shown or advertised in the picture or descriptions by hotels.com. I've now had a few bad experiences with hotels.com and will no longer use them as what you expect is not what you get.

Lugar cómodo y muy céntrico en el centro de Granada. El baño un poko pequeño pero muy limpio q es lo más importante. La encargada muy amable y atenta. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Love apartment stay. Felt like a local. Fantastic location, right in the old city. Very friendly management. Definitely recommend.
