Sehr lautes Zimmer, direkt über der Animationfläche. Sehr laute Musik abends, daher unmöglich zu schlafen. Überfülltes Frühstück und sehr viele Kinder. Zimmer war Modern aber der Boden war immer dreckig.

The staff were friendly and extremely friendly. The only problem was a staff member in the pool side restaurant who worked on the Thursday 23rd Aug who was extremely rude.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Pool area fantastic, lovely lifeguard. Only downside was not much choice for lunch and drinks way too overpriced and even had to pay for water. (Thank god for the onsite shop and fridge in room)

Séjour globalement très décevant ! Le personnel et l'accueil était sympathique mais c'est le seul point positif. -Il y avait un énorme problème phonique dans les chambres, nous entendions tout de la chambre en face, on entendait les gens passer dans les couloirs et les portes claquées et le soir de la musique bruyante jusque 23h. -Au niveau du restaurant les tables sont collées les unes aux autres et la nourriture assez décevante. -Le jardin n'est pas entretenu -L'air de jeux pour enfant inexistante, c'est un simple tobogan sur le devant de l'hôtel sur la rue sans espace de protection. -Il n'y a pas de plage, ni d'accès à la mer. -Et le secteur autour de l'hôtel est en très mauvais état, des bâtiments abandonnés et désaffectés juste en face, des vendeurs de drogue qui vous sollicitent lorsque vous sortez de l'hôtel alors que nous étions avec un bébé. -Nous avions des chambres vue mer 300€/nuit en demi-pension et le rapport qualité-prix n'est absolument pas au rdv.

Didn't love this place. The location was bad. There was no old-world Spanish charm in the neighborhood surrounding this hotel. It was like being in a low-rent tourist spot in Jamaica. It was also very far away from any real action or attractions. There were no taxis, and it was difficult getting there.

Erg fijn dat er een garage onder het hotel was, mooie kamer (superior met zeezicht).

Piacevole soggiorno, buona cucina, posizione non ideale per mare (la spiaggia non e’ accessibile dall’hotel) ma vicina a Sant Antonio e altre spiagge. Buona pulizia e personale cortese. Non ritornerei.

Hôtel très agréable propre et lumineux. Piscine également top, personnel sympathique notamment le barman. Seul bémol le check in trop long

Camere pulitissime, personale molto gentile e cordiale, cocktails ottimi al bar. Un posto in cui tornare

The hotel is lovely rooms very nice lovely kids pool only downfall to the hotel was the food in the evening we had to pay to eat out every night as me my son and grandson couldn’t eat the food as it was awful I did ask on the first night coukd I have a refund and just pay for bed and breakfast but they weren’t very helpful then I asked could we eat by the pool bar instead of having the evening meal and they said no, so I paid for evening meal which we didn’t have and had to pay to eat out every lunch time night , other than that the hotel is lovely would recommend to just have breakfast there.

En especial me gustaron las instalaciones y tambien la amabilidad de TODO el personal.

Ottima struttura, curata la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni. Bella piscina con area solarium e bar ben arredati. Buffet colazione e cena vari e ricchi di specialità. Personale molto cortese, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Gli ospiti sono prevalentemente inglesi, tedeschi, olandesi e spagnoli; pochissimi italiani. Situato a pochi km. dalle calette più spettacolari dell'isola. Ci si può spostare comodamente in auto, bus e taxi. Comodissimo il market all'interno della struttura. Consigliatissimo!!!

La habitacion estupenda, muy espaciosa...desayuno aceptable aunque con pocas opciones veganas..bueno en calidad precio.

Accoglienza eccellente pulizia delle camere tutti i giorni con cambio degli asciugamani giornaliera. Parte buffet ottima con vastissima scelta di cibo con angolo buffet anche per i più piccoli. Unica pecca aria condizionata sala pranzo esagerata!

O hotel é bom , café da manhã excelente, o quarto vista pro mar é bem espaçoso e confortável. Pontos negativos para um entupimento no Box do banheiro que não conseguiram resolver e também pela quantidade e qualidade dos produtos de limpeza , (sabão e shampoo ) que não tinha em quantidade suficiente. No mais tudo ótimo !!’n
