The staff was amazing! Everthing was clean! Felt luxurious to stay

Le petit déjeuner était bien mais par contre la chambre catastrophique. Il y avait une odeur dégoût dans la salle de bain très très forte. Qu’on ne pouvait y rester plus de 2 min. Je vous laisse imaginer quand on devait prendre une douche. C’était des douche très express. On l’a signalée à l’accueil et un agent est venu juste mettre du produit pour sentir bon. Nous y sommes rester 2 nuits et je peux vous dire que je n’y reviendrai plus.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas à cinq étoiles

Stayed one night, a fragrance scent in the hotel air was not friendly gave me a headache. I would have given a better score but the scent was unbearable. Very boutique style not sure if it should be rated a 5 stars hotel.

This property we felt was a really poor standard it would be lucky to be a 3* anywhere else. Not sure why they have golf in the advertisement as you would struggle to get a mini golf course on site. The spa was closed so couldn’t use that which was fine but very small pool area so space was limited. Food was very poor at the lunch restaurant and also the buffet dining nothing was fresh and they couldn’t seem to make there mind up on what they put in there Caesar salad as it would change every day. Be aware that if you book full board that only includes food not drinks every drink at the resort you must pay for which is fine but make sure you keep some spending money to the side. One bonus for this hotel was the room they were nice and spacious and always cleaned to a great standard.

No manager on duty past 7 PM? All four + stars hotels have an MOD. I would not recommend this hotel. Our stay and experience was poorly handle due to no accountability by manager not being present when requested upon it. In additon staff in place did not have any power of decision. Hotel Direction may have done some renovation , but was really poorly done, shower unsafe since water were leaking and floor really slippery. We were given an ADA compliant room for folks who did not needed. Additionally , the shower should have needed a chair and handles for a disable person. We wanted to expierence The Costa Brava, but we felt , we were not welcomed. It took more than 4 hours of complain and asking for a manager who was not present. FINALLY!!! By 10 PM. the staff finally gave us a suite , we never receive a formal apology by the management only the staff in place were the one professional enough to do the right thing. Really sad to encounter no accounatability in A 4+ hotel.

Plutôt déçue ! Les repas sont moyens (buffet), très très peu d animations (l animatrice Oriana au top), chambre très simple, le ménage est effectué tous les jours, pas assez d espace de rangement dans la salle de bain. La porte de la douche défectueuse, conduit bouché. Les boissons sont hors de prix, n avons pas accès à tous (espace lunch, transat privée... avec supplément) ce qui n est pas précisé avant la réservation, ne pas se fier aux photos. La salle de sport est un plus. Au niveau des repas, il y a du porc, du poulet et du poisson, pour avoir du boeuf il faut le demander. Large choix pour le petit déjeuner mais pas le dîner. Supplément de 10 euros par personne pour le SPA (durée 1h) Le responsable restauration à l air stressé ! Le personnel, restauration, bar, spa et réception est top ! La clim dans la chambre est parfaite. Quoi qu il en soit je reste déçue

Nice staff. Nice hotel. But they must step up the breakfast buffet variety and quality. Not even natural yoghurt…

The connecting room is too small and the price is too expensive for that kind of room. And the floor is broken. This is unbelievable for the 5 start hotel.

Buen desayuno. La habitación pequeña para un hotel de 5*. Camas confortables. La única pega es el parking, no tiene acceso directo al hotel por lo que hay que subir escaleras y arrastrar las maletas hasta la puerta principal. Situado a 1km de la playa.
