Ok, but a bit old and needs renovation. The design is glass and chrome 80 s style. But ok (to expensive so low value for money).

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. I stayed in room 3111, I paid for an upgrade and ‘The Level’ package. My room was pretty nice, there were a few small things that would have made my stay better. There was a lightbulb flickering in the lounge. The room had twin beds, but one of the beds was lower and also shorter and length than the other. Which wouldn’t be ideal if you were traveling as a couple. The TV in the bedroom should be put on a bracket so you can angle it towards the bed. Also the suite had a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery in the cupboards. With these small fixes my stay would have been perfect. The breakfast was great too, as were all the staff I encountered in the breakfast room. Will stay again for sure!

Den bästa hotellfrukosten jag upplevt. Hjälpsam personal. Dock ingick inte spa och var ganska dyrt. Men läget och bekvämligheten med egen skiduthyrning i samma byggnad vägde upp :)

Bra boende men buffén var ingen vidare.

Só não estou dando nota máxima pois a acústica dos quartos deixa a desejar, muito barulho dos quartos de cima, lado e nos corredores, se escuta tudo

Ubicación excelente, personal de recepción atento y agradable, personal en áreas de consumo como restaurantes, bares y servicio Level pésimo, consistente mal servicio, calidad de los alimentos mediocre a mala y presentación de los alimentos pecios. En un momento no había huevos durante el desayuno.

The hotel was fairly nice, clean, well presented, polite staff. The negatives for us was, (1). Breakfast was included in our stay. Buffet style. Although it looked it wasn’t. The hot food wasn’t hot, luke warm at best. The quality of the food in my opinion was poor for a high standard hotel. There was tiny insects in the pineapple and melon, only a few, but you could see them. Not good at all. In fact after the first two mornings, we ate outside the hotel. (2). There is a nice spa/pool area in the hotel. The cost to use it is €30 per person for 90-minutes, then you are required to leave. For what it is, it’s extortion. Maybe worth €8 per person. The hot tubs are far from hot, Luke warm at best. To be honest, the hotel was fine, but not for the money charged.

Hotel was OK, but a little further from the ski lifts than I had hoped. Was very disappointed to find the the hotel charged me 4 euros for a Coke that I never had from the mini bar.

Excellent location! Steps from the lifts⛷️ Beautiful hotel w very good dining options! I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were all amazing as well, especially Lydia (my Pilates instructor at Melia SolyNieve) I can’t wait to come back next year :) Thanks Melia

Esta super bien ubicado, me encanto todas las facilidades que tiene el hotel incluyendo los espectaculos de las noches en el Qlounge. Deme mejorar la calidad de las toallas en la habitacion. Estaban muy usadas.

Good hotel and facilities…clean. Couldn’t control heater though…

We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance.

Fint hotel som ligger perfekt och centralt. Lite slitet men riktigt bra personal, frukost och service. Fint spa.
