Hôtel relativement bien placé. Propre. Calme. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Personnel sympathique.

Service from staff excellent, always eager to help

The personal was very friendly and lovely. Hotelroom was cleaned every day! Breakfast was really great,everything from the porridge to fried eggs,different cheeses and fresh fruit,smoothies and croissats and cappuccinos. Just loved it. Beautyful swimmingpool area and garden,poolbar with snacks. Bustops are very close 100-200m,easy yo get to Palma by bus,2€. The beautyful beach to swim 500m to walk. Loved this place.

Nos encantó quedarnos en este hotel. Las personas que trabajan ahí eran muy amables y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Nos trataron muy bien todos los empleados de ahí pero el que se portó muy increíble con nosotros fue Rodrigo. Nos ayudó mucho y nos puso mucha atención y fue muy agradable. Y siempre tenía una sonrisa en su cara. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos él estaba ahí para ayudarnos. También nos gustó todo lo del hotel porque era muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Mi mamá y yo recomendamos este hotel.

Visited number of occasions, staff very helpful and friendly, room cleaned daily, pool area kept very clean

I liked that the property was a short driving distance from the Palma ferry port and also had a bus stop near the front door if you plan to take public transit around. The view from either side of the hotel was very nice; Garden/Sea view or a Mountian view. The beds were a bit hard for my liking but the bathrooms have been updated nicely.

Personalen var underbar. De var glada och serviceinriktade. Alltid vänliga och mötte oss med ett gott leende, vänliga ord som gav del lilla extra. Hade vi problem med något så löste personalen det. Frukosten var god och varierande. Det fanns alltid något nytt varje dag. En del lokala specialiteer och sådant som man äter hemma. Under bar kok och frukostvärd. Hotellet behöver en del finishreperationer och är lite lyhört. Klart rekomendabelt och ligger bra till i ett lugnt område

Clean and pleasant

I was slightly worried about our stay due to previous reviews but I needed have worried! Myself and my young son had a lovely stay! Everything was clean that I saw, our room was small, not ultra modern but I feel this is reflected in the price! Comfy clean beds, outstanding staff! Especially the fabulous bar man that went out of his way every day for us including bringing cold water for my son when he was all hot and bothered waiting for a taxi! 10-15min walk with a little person to the beach or to the bus stop to take you into Palma. One big annoying thing… I didn’t find the big supermarket until the last day! It’s on the main road directly under the hotel hill under a gym. Frustratingly I spent all week buying things from the tiny shops on the way to the beach most of the week! I have one tiny complaint … travelling alone with a young son exhausted from swimming every night it would have been nice to have had a tiny table on the balcony to use for the odd picnic supper! , our room only had 2 uncomfortable plastic chairs on the balcony. Overall .. highly recommended for a cheap stay near a beach, with a pool , fantastic breakfast & breakfast staff and the best barman in the world!!, 25 euros from the airport with a 25mins journey, but with a taxi booked through the hotel the return airport taxi trip was nearly 35 euros. We had a wonderful trip

Le calme et le personnel très hospitalier et professionnels

Det var ett bra 3-stjärnigt hotell, där halvpension ingick, frukost och middag. Frukosten var mycket bra, middagen mer medioker, fast gott utbud i buffén. Jag hade balkong med fantastisk utsikt över havet och åt bägge sidor av bukten.Utmärkt städning. Poolen var bra, med en bar som serverade smörgåsar, dricka, och glass. Hotellet belägen uppför en tuff backe ca 200 m. Nedanför finns affärer och restauranger och småbåtshamn. Ytterligare 3-400 m finns en fri badstrand. Jag hyrde elcykel, tog ca 15 minuter in till gamla staden, 5-6 km.

Receptionist on check in wasn't friendly. Room service conditions were not explained. One of the restaurant staff was very rude to me. I was surprised diner did not come with drinks even tap water wasn't provided. I was told I have to buy water and I wasn't allowed to bring my own water. This is ridiculous. This was something they were supposed to highlight to me during the booking and on point of check in. Also not many meal options provided. Room did not have a fridge under the heatwave. However room cleanining was on point. This is the only service l was happy with in the hotel.

3 stjärnigt hotell som sett sina bästa dagar! Behöver en stor renovering för att bli fräscht igen! Trevlig personal! Frukosten ok men dålig kaffemaskin!

I liked everything, except the lack of shops and restaurants close by as the hotel was on top of a hill. This, however, resulted in amazing views :)

The property was walking distance to the beach which I enjoyed

L'hotel était très bien, le personnel accueillant. Les services proposés étaient parfait. L'hotel etait très propre ! Petit bémol pour le lit double qui etait en fait deux lits simple collés. Le petit déjeuné etait bon et très varié. La vue de l'hotel est vraiment top. La piscine rien a redire. Au moment de partir on a demandé au réceptionniste d'appeler un taxi, 1 minute 30 après il etait la.

Hôtel surplombant la mer. Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Possibilité de bus reliant Palma de Mallorca pour 2 € le trajet. Piscine agréable mais un peu fraiche en ce début mai.
