not the room i booked, ordered a room with a balcony and extra space . got a tiny room with no outside light . so only stayed 1 night . couldn't stay any longer. the photos of the room and views are a complete lie and should be removed .

Bra läge mitt i stan. Det är ett litet hotell och bilderna var bättre än verkligheten. Gammal tandtråd låg kvar i badrummet, som förövrigt luktade väldigt starkt av mögel. Stor kackerlacka sprang över golvet. Tyst i korridoren. Gammal standard.

Leider war das Zimmer mit einem Mini Fenster ausgestattet zum " Hof" / Mauer hin, was aber nicht in der Beschreibung Stand dass das Fenster aus Milchglas bestand und bei der aktiven Klimaanlage wo das Fenster geschlossen sein musste kam kein Tageslicht rein. Haben es auch direkt den Hotelmitarbeiteriln weitergegeben die wären sehr freundlich aber es wurde nichts geändert...ich möchte aus Kulanz eine Rückerstattung der Kosten

The location is excellent but being on a busy road it is very noisy with delivery vehicles, road sweepers and bottle banks being used at 6am every morning! I chose to book a superior room with a balcony but didn’t think it was fair value for money.

The hotel is ideally located for restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, marina and beach. This is a very lively part of town but the sound proofing was very effective, as was the aircon. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room recently renovated and clean. The mattress was a little on the hard side for us but our only significant gripe was the very hard bolster style pillows that were very uncomfortable. Some softer, feather pillows would be a good idea. Otherwise all good!

Positive: Maria stood up for me as she was flexible and understanding. The room was excellent and bed comfy. The location is perfect if you want to visit Alicante center without needing transport. This was my second time at the hotel. Negative: one staff (Juan ) has shown a backward tendance since my 1st stay at the hotel. However, this time around, he tried to not be obvious in his discrimination. Thank you for that.
