Calm, quiet, ideal to relax and enjoy nature.

The experience of staying in a momentary was enjoyable and for our travels it worked out well, however, for anyone expecting to have the services available in a city, they will find it to be quite remote and out in the countryside.

What am amazing place. Tucked away in the Aragorn hills this a both a stimulating and relaxing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the wondrous stargazing, the beautiful hiking trails, the superb swimming pool and the delightful communal meals.

Magnificent architecture, impressive working monastery. Ringing of church bells for services were an additional and novel experience. Unusual breakfast organisation which added to the monastic ambience. No television.

Es un monasterio mercedario activo, que admite huéspedes. La experiencia es muy positiva. Las habitaciones son amplias, la comunidad es muy amable, la comida está bastante bien. Está en medio del campo, con agradables paseos para hacer. Es un sitio para tomarse unos días y descansar de verdad.

Es para gente que le gusta la tranquilidad ,las habitaciones no tienen televisor y tampoco hay cobertura de telefono

Excelente experiencia. El monasterio es digno de conocer, encierra mucha historia y maravillas arquitectonicas. El personal, muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son muy austeras, pero creo que es lo que busca quien llega alli. En nuestro caso fue el final perfecto para la ruta del silencio en moto. No dudeis de quedaros

My daughter (25) and I were doing The Silent Route in 2 days and decided to stay in this great place/ Wonderful stay in this lovely monastery. Follow the eating times (09:00 for breakfast and 21:00 for cena) and you can also have great food. Highly recommended.

La tranquilidad Faltaria algo de variedad en comidas

Alojamiento muy distinto de lo "estándar", sin embargo, repetiré en cuanto se den las circunstancias.

Nos encantó la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar, el entorno lleno de historia y el personal que nos trató de forma estupenda.

El monasterio es precioso y está en una ubicación con una naturaleza maravillosa. Fue una experiencia distinta y especial. Los curas son muy amables y muy simpáticos, me hicieron sentir muy bien acogida. El pueblo de Estercuel, aunque es pequeñito, tiene cosas que ver y la gente es muy agradable.

Es un monasterio, un hospedaje para meditar, con una habitación básica, cena frugal a plato fijo, y desayuno insuficiente. Me parece que la persona encargada de recepción es falta de dotes para estar en ese puesto.

What a wonderful stay! This is a very unique opportunity to stay in an active Monastery. The grounds are buildings are beautiful and well preserved. The room was simple, but spacious and very comfortable. The Friars are warm and welcoming; they welcome participation in prayers and services, though there is no expectation to do so. I booked the option with half board, and the meals were delicious. Overall I really enjoyed this stay and found it to be a unique cultural experience; it was one of the highlights of my trip to Spain, and I would highly encourage anyone to take advantage of the opportunity to stay here!

Great character & location. Made a v pleasant change from 'hotel' type accommodation.

Si te gusta tema religioso precioso, sino no recomendable. Muchos mosquitos en habitación.

Singularidad, ambiente muy tranquilo. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un verdadero monasterio, con sus particularidades (horarios restringidos)
