Huoneiden äänieristys huono, sisältä ja ulkoa kaipaisi remonttia. Aamiainen ok sekä illallinen. Eläkeläisen makuun. Äänieristystä ei ole. Sisäuima-allas plussaa.

Vert nice and clean hotell, very good food and large hotell rooms. Close to the beach.

Last minute booking for one night took 5 minutes to book. Hotel lovely and clean modern furniture choice of room/balcony sizes. Gym spa indoor and outdoor pool did not get to use but look fab. Did not get to have breakfast or night time entertainment but once again looked fab Would definitely say for a longer period.

Junior relax suite feels like basement room, being really dark as no proper windows there ( room is partially underground with small basement type window) Food is average, could do.with more fresh fruit and veg options. The only positive side: good swimming pools, not massive.one

Perfect location for beach and town. Very chill hotel.

I didn't like because of the noise. Our room was not far from the reception. For 4 evenings they have a show in the lobby that goes on till 11.15 pm. Beside that noise, the staff had to clear the place and we heard banging doors. They should had been more respectfull of their customers. other than that no problems.

Très bon accueil, nous avons appréciés le personnel très attachés au bien-être des clients, la suite spacieuse, l'emplacement idéal pour se promener, la nourriture variées (sauf desserts) et piscine intérieure très bien chauffée. Le seul bémol était les travaux dans l'hôtel qui est en face (réveillés à 7h tous les matins et sieste impossible l'après-midi...) mais ce n'est pas du fait de notre hôtel etd'ici un mois, je pense que le gros des travaux sera terminé. Merci pour votre accueil.

Really good place!

This hotel was fabulous! The room was quite big with extremely comfortable beds, huge wardrobe, sofa, tv, table & stools, fridge, kettle (take tea bags!) & a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. We had booked a pool view room so also had a balcony & could see the sea. The rest of the hotel was very clean & constantly smelled amazing! The staff were all so friendly & always helpful. There is an outside pool with plenty of loungers (you can hire towels for a refundable deposit too), an indoor heated pool, a spa, a gymnasium & a rooftop solarium with jacuzzi. On the lower floor breakfast is served as a buffet with every hot & cold choice you could think of & even a chef cooking eggs/omelettes to your preference. The room is large with plenty of tables & we never had to wait. There is an evening buffet served here too. On the ground floor there is a bar and lounge area, outside pool bar and an a la carte restaurant. We didn't eat there in the evenings because there was so many different restaurants nearby. The beach, with beach cafes, shops and restaurants is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from main reception. The town can be accessed by a lift at the back of the hotel and then about a 10 minute walk. This cuts out all of the steps which lead up to the town from the beach and is a great idea. Torremolinos is a great place for all ages and has a great atmosphere with plenty of things to do, even in February. The hotel was in a perfect position to enjoy eve

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unser Waschbecken (undicht) und Toilette (lose Brille) wurden am ersten Tag repariert, der kaputte Jacuzzi auf dem Dach am zweiten Tag. Es waren stets Köche beim Essen, die erklären konnten, für Vegetarier war es aber schwieriger die fleischlosen Gerichte zu erkennen. Man kann Leitungswasser zum Essen bestellen, ansonsten gibt es nur kostenpflichtige Getränke zum Abendbrot. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, was das Trocknen von Badesachen erschwert hat. Hygiene war ein Thema, es gab keine sauberen Teller oder Gläser im Restaurant, das ist uns regelmäßig aufgefallen. Die leihbaren Poolhandtücher hatten teilweise gelb-braune Flecken. Auch auf dem Zimmer wirkten Zahnputzbecher und Tassen am Ankunftstag nicht wirklich sauber, das hat sich jedoch verbessert.

Au début on a dû attendre, jusqu'à 17H00 car notre chambre n'était pas prête ils nous on offert une consommation en attendant quand arrivé dans la chambre le wifi me fonctionnait pas!on était décourage et part la suite tout est rentre dans l'ordre
