サラゴサ市街の中心部から徒歩10分くらいの、落ち着いた雰囲気の街並みにホテルはあります。 客室、ロビーともセンスの良い感じで、清潔感もあり、快適な滞在を楽しめました。 またスタッフの方もとても礼儀正しく、駅までのタクシーもすぐ呼んでもらえます。 朝食のレストランもいいセンスで、料理も十分な品数があり、満足出来ました。 次回サラゴサを訪れる時も、このホテルを選択します。

During our stay in Zaragoza, we stayed at this wonderful hotel in December near the central city for two nights. The service and our room were both exquisite, the decoration overall is superb. I used the junior suite during my stay, but it was more spacious and comfortable than a normal room and was perfect for working.

何度も利用しているZaragozaベストホテル。ビジネスでもプライベートでも使いやすく、街の真ん中でバーも多いエリアです。唯一の不満は朝食のオーダー制で、温かい卵焼きとベーコンは従業員にベット頼まないといけない事が朝から面倒ですが、それ以外はパーフェクト。ジムも小さいながらも最低限整っており使いやすいホテルです。

歩いて町の中心に行くことが出来る良いホテル。 少し値段が高いのも納得できるほど、部屋は綺麗で設備も整っている。 お水1本無料で付いている事も旅行者には便利。 朝食では卵焼きを注文しなければ食べられないので、少し勇気を持って 話しかける必要があり、その点は他ホテルより厄介だが、注文すると すぐ出てくるのでテーブル上の紙を持って、コレ下さいと言えばOK。

部屋は綺麗に整えられており、フロントスタッフは、我々の要望に対して英語でとても親切に対応してくださいました。 街もホテルも快適で、また行きたくなるような素敵な旅をする事ができました。

Though I prefer the nh cuidad in Zaragoza, my brother preferred to stay here because he thinks the breakfast buffet here is better . I think it’s the same and the nh cuidad is better situated ( being in front of the Ebro river and just beside the majestic basilica of Our Lady of the Pilar ) . This nh collection hotel in Zaragoza is your classic “grand hotel “ … it has a valet for your car. A clean nice gym though the treadmill wasn’t working and the sauna wasn’t hot enough so I didn’t bother going into the sauna after my elliptical session . The breakfast buffet is what you would expect from the nh chain of hotels . Lots of Spanish ham , eggs made to order , Spanish breads and pastries but after 2 weeks around the north of Spain the food can get a bit redundant but if this is your first stop then it can be a real treat . We were upgraded to a better room so thanks to that lovely receptionist who spoke French and English . This particular nh is a bit farther from the Basilica del Pilar but it is close to the shopping areas ( El Corte ingles ) . This hotel is also close to the “El Tubo” sector which is famous for its night life and tapas bars . If you get tired of tapas there is a KFC 5 minutes from the hotel .

The property is nearly 200 years old, completely renovated and in great condition. The location is very convenient to the Tubo district and all major monuments.

Beautiful Grand Hotel in the meaning of Grand Hotel. A bit like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. Feels historic but wonderful big rooms and everything up to date and modern amenities. Loved it.

This is perfectly situated for travelers who want to explore on foot, offering an unbeatable location walk away from the Basílica del Pilar, the historic Old Town, and the best shopping districts. Food lovers will especially appreciate being so close to El Tubo for tapas and pintxos, though keep in mind the Aljafería Palace is a bit further away. While the hotel is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the interior feels a little outdated and could benefit from a refresh. We also learned that their non-refundable policies are strictly enforced; despite being stuck in Basque Country and missing our first night, we were still charged for the full stay, though the staff was helpful in ensuring our remaining reservation stayed secure.

A acomodação que fiquei era muito confortável. Cama grande e macia, banheiro grande e com bide e também havia uma pequena salinha. A parte ruim é que não tinha uma vista bonita, dando para os fundos. Recepção cordial. Senti falta de guarda chuva disponíveis para os hóspedes. E eu peguei todos os dias de chuva. Agora a única coisa que tenho a reclamar seria o café da manhã que é um total desastre! Uma verdadeira desordem. Não possui funcionários suficientes para organizar. Disponibilizam um cardápio com alguns itens para pedir na cozinha e em nenhum momento algum colaborador vem até a mesa perguntando se você quer algo. O bufe fica o tempo todo em desfalque além das comidas não parecerem frescas. Enfim. No último dia eu nem quis descer para tomar café, pois a confusão estava me incomodando. Acho que devam dar uma atenção a esse setor.
