サラゴサ市街の中心部から徒歩10分くらいの、落ち着いた雰囲気の街並みにホテルはあります。 客室、ロビーともセンスの良い感じで、清潔感もあり、快適な滞在を楽しめました。 またスタッフの方もとても礼儀正しく、駅までのタクシーもすぐ呼んでもらえます。 朝食のレストランもいいセンスで、料理も十分な品数があり、満足出来ました。 次回サラゴサを訪れる時も、このホテルを選択します。

During our stay in Zaragoza, we stayed at this wonderful hotel in December near the central city for two nights. The service and our room were both exquisite, the decoration overall is superb. I used the junior suite during my stay, but it was more spacious and comfortable than a normal room and was perfect for working.

何度も利用しているZaragozaベストホテル。ビジネスでもプライベートでも使いやすく、街の真ん中でバーも多いエリアです。唯一の不満は朝食のオーダー制で、温かい卵焼きとベーコンは従業員にベット頼まないといけない事が朝から面倒ですが、それ以外はパーフェクト。ジムも小さいながらも最低限整っており使いやすいホテルです。

歩いて町の中心に行くことが出来る良いホテル。 少し値段が高いのも納得できるほど、部屋は綺麗で設備も整っている。 お水1本無料で付いている事も旅行者には便利。 朝食では卵焼きを注文しなければ食べられないので、少し勇気を持って 話しかける必要があり、その点は他ホテルより厄介だが、注文すると すぐ出てくるのでテーブル上の紙を持って、コレ下さいと言えばOK。

Our room was on first floor right above the events room and they had a wedding on first night which was noisy and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight while we were supposed to wake up early for a tour next day. I asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked. I checked and they were not. Our room also faced the road which was also noisy at night so we didn’t sleep well here. Would not visit again because of this.

Hotel fantástico, com uma equipe super atenciosa. Apartamento bem cuidado, banheiro amplo. Cafe da Manhã bem variado com frutas frescas.

Central hotel with walking distance to the cathedral for example. We were not informed pwheb checking in that the assistance with parking was extra fee, so good to know that its about 25 euro per day. As for the room, the shower drain in the bathroom was very slow. The bed was really comfortable.

El personal no podría haber ofrecido una experiencia mejor. Mi marido y yo viajamos con nuestro cachorrito y, desde el primer momento, todo fueron facilidades. Al saber que veníamos con perro, ya tenían preparado todo para él: cuencos para comida y agua, un juguete e incluso un huesito. Creo que también ofrecían camita para mascotas. Además, después de hacer el check-in y subir a la habitación, nos llamaron para ofrecernos cambiarnos a otra en una planta más alta al enterarse de que mi marido iba a correr una maratón. Como había una boda en el hotel y nuestra habitación inicial estaba en la primera planta, quisieron asegurarse de que pudiéramos descansar mejor. Por si fuera poco, nos permitieron entrar al desayuno antes del horario habitual precisamente por el tema de la maratón. Un equipo fantástico, extremadamente atento y detallista. Sin duda repetiremos al cien por cien. Así da gusto viajar.

Staff in this hotel is one of its strongest sides, the manager used her own phone and card to help us purchase some tickets, they a very attentive and service oriented. Hotel is good and well located, great alternative when in Zaragoza

Though I prefer the nh cuidad in Zaragoza, my brother preferred to stay here because he thinks the breakfast buffet here is better . I think it’s the same and the nh cuidad is better situated ( being in front of the Ebro river and just beside the majestic basilica of Our Lady of the Pilar ) . This nh collection hotel in Zaragoza is your classic “grand hotel “ … it has a valet for your car. A clean nice gym though the treadmill wasn’t working and the sauna wasn’t hot enough so I didn’t bother going into the sauna after my elliptical session . The breakfast buffet is what you would expect from the nh chain of hotels . Lots of Spanish ham , eggs made to order , Spanish breads and pastries but after 2 weeks around the north of Spain the food can get a bit redundant but if this is your first stop then it can be a real treat . We were upgraded to a better room so thanks to that lovely receptionist who spoke French and English . This particular nh is a bit farther from the Basilica del Pilar but it is close to the shopping areas ( El Corte ingles ) . This hotel is also close to the “El Tubo” sector which is famous for its night life and tapas bars . If you get tired of tapas there is a KFC 5 minutes from the hotel .
