Cela a été une superbe découverte, je le recommande sans arrêt depuis que je suis rentrée!
Par contre, je trouve dommage qu’il n’y a pas d’infrastructures sur la plage. De ce fait on a profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel.

Occidental Jandía is a lovely hotel. We had the Royal Level package, and the selection of food and drinks was great. Lunch and dinner offered a good variety of healthy options. There were plenty of drink choices as well, and the cocktails were especially good.
I was also impressed by the staff. There was a waiter named Dani in the Royal Level restaurant who was very kind and took the time to explain a few things about the culture and economy of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands. Coincidentally, his brother—who works at reception—helped us book a taxi when we were leaving. Cynthia at the front desk also gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived.

Unser Aufenthalt im Occidental Jandja Playa - Royal Level war einfach perfekt! Superfreundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam, tolles Essen, tolle Anlage, viele Annehmlichkeiten, Zimmer werden 2x täglich gemacht… einfach super! Einzig: die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich alt und das Essen war teils nicht warm.
Ansonsten rundum perfeter Aufenthalt!

In general a nice resort, staff were pleasant and helpful however it’s very overpriced for what it is and not good value for money.
The hotel is very dated and in need of modernisation especially the spa and common parts. The beaches nearby are lovely with white sand but not part of the hotel.

We had an excellent stay, very relaxing and peaceful, we were brilliantly looked after. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant. Even had the opportunity to try yoga on a paddle board - wobbly but good fun! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent pools and sunbeds. Nice food and service at breakfasts and buffet meals.
Does not cater well for snacks for those not on half/full board. Cleaning of room was late on 2 days (out of 6).
Hotel does not offer airport transfer.

The stagff, the comfortable beds, the drinks package make the stay here worthwhile. The property is tired and sunbed cushions and room decor downgrade this review. Food choices and inspiration have declined but this may be because of the worldwide avaiability of produce.

2ème séjour dans ce très beau complexe hôtelier, tout est fait pour votre confort. le niveau royal level est parfait avec des prestations supplémentaires ( restaurant réservé, piscine dédié et chambre avec vue sur l'océan )
une mention particulière à Marianna qui nous accueille toujours dans un Français impeccable, et avec une extrême gentillesse
