Ein richtig tolles Hotel.

I had a great time in Oku. Room was nice, little beach near by was my favorite. Everyone in the hotel was super nice. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing, the best out of all I visited in Ibiza

Grossartiges Team und sehr schönes Design Hotel mit fantastischem Frühstück und guten Snacks für zwischendurch. Wenn auch etwas teurer, passen die Preise in den aktuellen Durchschnitt auf Ibiza.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. I can’t wait to visit again. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave. The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants.. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely. The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us. Our waiter was painfully slow & really ignored a lot of what we were saying. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses & we had to ask for the bill about 4 times. Wouldn’t go there again.

In general everything was nice but I forgot my id and creditcard in one of the drawers together with appx 7-800 euro. I called the hotel and they found the cards but the money was gone. When I came to pick up my cards the day after I informed the reception that my money was missing but they didnt show any interest in solving the problem. I think they could have been more helpful. Beside that everyhing was nice, especially the breakfast and the variety of drinks and food was impressive.

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

This was my second stay at Oku, the first time I stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with my husband and it was amazing over looking the pool and dj. This time I had a lovely Deluxe Room to share with a friend and it was perfect for our trip with a large group of friends. The added sitting area provided enough space for us both and all our things. My only complain would be that the closet needs to allow for dresses to be hung, the configuration is silly. Also housekeeping needs to replenish things like cotton buds, etc daily and didn't for our stay. The turndown service with water by the bed was lovely when we came home from the clubs, as were the drinks in the lobby before and after nights out. The breakfast is very good and one of the best around tbh. If you want peace and quiet by the pool, Oku is not for you, a few friends did go to the family pool when they needed it more quiet. I also love that Cala Gracio beach and my fave restaurant Cala Gracionetta is a short walk away! The restaurant across from Oku is also very good and has great tapas and drinks.

Check in process was slick, room was clean and minimalist. Very comfortable bed. We sat in the bar on our first night and got told by a waiter to order a drink at the bar, but didn't get served or acknowledged for 15 minutes. I then had to ask the same waiter for table service which he then provided straight away. Food and cocktails expensive but tasty. Pool was fantastic, very spacious beds and sun loungers. Never had an issue securing one. Breakfast was excellent; huge range of hot and cold choices. Breakfast waiting staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. Although it was an expensive stay, you do get a lot for your money in terms of facilities, breakfast and helpful staff.

Would go there again any time.

Our OKU experience was top notch from the beginning to end. The staff were very professional and helpful, from the porters to reception to a top notch concierge who arranged amazing tables at nearby restaurants. Great poolside music and service. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend a stay at OKU.

Wonderful hotel. So beautiful and lovely staff. Breakfast to die for anything you can think of but also beautiful quality. From the gentleman who looks after your car who offered water to go to the airport with to reception putting in cava and a cake for my partners birthday without asking. Wonderful hotel and I really hope I can come back one day x

Love this hotel. Not a fancy hotel person, but I really enjoyed this one. Not a review person either. Hopefully says all you need.

Always top!

Amazing hotel and the service is 2nd to none. Only criticism is the gym. It looks fancy, but it’s bang average. Style over substance and quite a few of the machines are either out of use or not functioning properly.

Second time I’ve stayed here .. probably the worst experience I’ve had in a while, room wasn’t up to scratch had many issues that later was sorted after complaining to staff and then management. Before staying I had to change dates due to the passing of my grandmother.. was charged an extra £1500 for 5 days on top of what I already paid to change it by 2 weeks. You would have thought with a good heart that you would do your extra for a customer that has gone through something so difficult. Nothing at all. Service around the pool was shocking, basically served myself going back and forth to the bar asking for drinks. Asking for a straw. In the end had to ask for a manager took 3 people to finally for her to come and 45 mins later!! I genuinely would never visit this hotel again. Massive let down and anyone that is going I believe your paying for a 5 star hotel that should be 3 star for its bad service.

Awesome service from the staff but A huge shout out to the valet staff! They were awesome Everything was perfect during our stay. The quality of the service and the food are top notch. The vibe at the pool was amazing. Only one small thing I suggest they add is a steamer or iron in every room. That was the only thing missing P.s: the concierge service is excellent and if you need any local advice, ask the valets, they will take care of you

Very nice and chill hotel if you want to get away from the party during the day. Nice mood and good food. Reccomended.
