La experiencia en general fue muy buena, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, a solo unos pasos de Paseo de Gracia. La atención del personal de recepción estuvo muy bien. El único problema que tuvimos fue que los ascensores no funcionaban.

Experiência muito boa no geral. O único ponto que eu repensaria é o metrô embaixo do prédio. Mesmo no terceiro andar, dá pra sentir o chão tremer até por volta de 00h. Não é uma linha super frequente, então tem intervalos maiores, mas quando passa é bem perceptível.

スタッフは明るくて親切です。
自由に飲めるコーヒーと水が便利でした。
部屋は綺麗ですが、隣室の排水の音や地下鉄の音が聞こえます。エコノミールームだからかもしれません。私はそれほど気にしませんでしたが、人によっては気になると思います。
The staff are friendly and kind.
I got free coffee and water was nice.
The room was clean, but I heard the drainage from the next room and subway noise. Maybe it’s due to an economy room. I didn’t mind it being too much, but some people might find it annoying.

Staff are really really helpful, provide great instructions, ordering taxis and fixing any little problems. It’s in walking distance to a lot of shops, cabs/taxis are affordable to any of the sites. It’s around the corner from Casa Batlló and a quick walk to designer and high street shopping.

Tall room ceiling, good overall location. The staff was incredibly loud in the early mornings, waking us over two hours before our alarm. This was just staff talking to each other or guests. There needs to be better sound protection from the front desk for the rooms on the same floor. I would consider going back here if the room rate was good but I would not stay on the 1st floor if possible.

The property was in the city centre, walkable to a lot of restaurants and close to some tourist sites like Casa Batillo (3 mins walk). . The bed in the room was very comfortable. The not so great part was, The property didn't look properly maintained, restroom at the reception was not clean, the ambience of the property wasn't the greatest, I didn't like the way the shower overflowed while showering and some rust on the bathroom door, I am guessing that is due to the water issues.

The room was not clean, on our last morning we found a big bug crawling on the toilet paper. The shower leaked even with the door closed, creating a puddle near the toilet/ floor towel area. The floor towel was never dry and developed an odor. Would not recommend.

We booked a standard room but it looks like an economy room (17m). A bit small, other than that everything is good. Staff are friendly and the hotel is close to everything.

O hotel é incrível! Excelente localização e com quartos deliciosos. Tudo sempre muito arrumado e cheiroso, além da comodidade de oferecerem agua e cafés, chás e chocolate gratuitamente. As cartinhas na chegada e no ano novo foram um mimo adicional que nos fez sentirmos em casa, recomendo!
