立地が良い！朝ごはんのチュロスも美味しかった！タオルを借りるのに1ユーロかかった気がします。

朝食と夕食が投げ銭式で提供されており、従業員も皆フレンドリー、宿泊客は若者ばかりのため、英語さえ話せれば1人でも楽しく過ごすことができるホステルだと思います。wifiも接続良好、ロケーションは最高でした。残念だったのはエスカレーターがないので階段で荷物の持ち運びをしなければならないこと、ホステルの扉の鍵をもらえないので毎回インターフォンで話して解錠してもらわなければいけないことです。

ダラダラ目的なく長期滞在するには、リビングで多国籍の人たちと話せて楽しいでしょうが、私は朝からあちこち観光にでかける計画だったので、夜中遅くまで騒がしくて、最悪でした。21時からのfree dinnerの後から数時間、いろんな国の人とお喋りをしてとても楽しかったですが、壁が非常に薄くて、わたしの部屋はリビングの1階上の階で、かつ一番遠かったにもかかわらず、リビングのさけび声、楽器の音、隣の部屋や下の部屋の話し声がうるさくて、ねれなくてひどかったです。朝食もfree dinnerも時間が遅く、早くでかける人には配慮なし。空港へのアクセスを確認のため聞いたが、間違ったことを教えられた。立地と清潔さだけはよし。

女性一人で二泊しました。 ロケーションは最高で、歩いて観光名所周辺(Sol駅)に行けます。 スタッフが全員気さくで、近くを通りかかると｢Hi!｣と声をかけてくださいました。 部屋も、廊下も手作りの装飾があり、とーーっても可愛いです！ 21:00から軽食(スープ1杯程度)があって、ホステル宿泊者と歓談する機会があります。英語が話せる方はすごく良い機会になるかと思います。 バス・トイレはホステルの割に綺麗だと思いますが、ホテルではないので、そこはあまり期待を持たない方が良いと思います。 私の部屋はあまりうるさくありませんでしたが、食卓に近い部屋は少し賑やかかもしれません。

スタッフは親切だし、二段ベッドでは無いので快適に眠れます。 しかし繁華街の中にあるので外が騒がしかったり、フロントでは24時まで音楽を流して騒いでいるので、早い時間に眠りたい人には向きません。

学校みたいな雰囲気で楽しかった 交流したい方にはおすすめ サービスの夕飯は一品のみで席はいっぱい。朝のチュロスが おいしかった

Good hostel in central Madrid. Easy to reach by public transport. Has everything you need and the staff is very friendly. We could store our luggage and even check in one hour earlier. The price for the private double bed room was ta bit high considering the small size and the quality of the bed - very simple basic bed.

I chose OneFam in Madrid based on many of the reviews that said they were safe, clean and friendly and committed to building community. I was very happy with my stay in one of their single rooms where the air conditioning was very nice and the bathrooms were clean. The bed was a bit lumpy, but that is to be expected at a hostel. I think they also do a great job of organizing events to get the guests to socialize, like cooking nights, drinking games, and nights out. While I didn't take advantage of these offerings during my one night stay, I will definitely do so in future stays at OneFam hostels.

Muy bien llegaron al hotel a las 12 de la noche y sin ningun problema la recepcion estaba abierta toda la noche por la mañana les ofrecieron desayuno todo muy bien.

I cannot recommend Sungate One enough! I stayed in 4 hostels during my 2.5 week trip in Spain and this was by far the best. This was my first stop on my first solo trip and I was really nervous but I immediately felt at home when I got to the hostel. The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever I asked for suggestions of things to do or places to get food. I went to the tapas tour on my first day and planned to have an early night but ended up staying out all night with my new friends! The front lobby and kitchen area is a great way to meet people and the staff always makes sure everyone’s having a good time. The rooms were nice and spacious, there were plenty of bathrooms and showers, everything was really clean. There were both daytime and nighttime activities and everywhere we went was inexpensive. Location was amazing so you could easily walk everywhere or take the metro. This was the perfect start to my vacation and I was lucky enough to spend 1 extra night there before going back home because I missed my flight. I highly recommend Sungate One and I told multiple people to stay there when they got to Madrid and everyone loved it. Thank you so much Gabi, Val, Angel, Tato, Agustin, Sara, & anyone else that I’ve missed for creating such a fun, welcoming environment and making me feel like part of the family! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Only stayed for one night as a Solo traveller. Within minutes I had met new travellers and had a fantastic night, Rooms were fine and had storage for your belongings, just bring a padlock if you want to lock them up. Honestly as a solo traveller I would rather stay here, than a 5 star hotel, if you want to meet new people and have a great time. Would certainly stay here again if I returned to Madrid.

Angel 을 비롯한 모든 스텝들이 친절하고 인사를 잘 해 주십니다. 가성비, 위치, 청결, 시설 모든 것이 좋습니다. 한가지 단점은 엘리베이터가 없어 3층까지 큰 짐을 옮기는게 힘들지만, 스텝분들이 들어다 주셔서 감사했습니다. 전형적인 서양인 많은 밝은 분위기의 호스텔입니다.

What a great place . Amazing staff that is always happy to help you . Gabriel who is a guide for tours organised by the hostel showed us the best bits of Toledo, many off beaten path that provided amazing photo opportunities! It’s a very lively and social hostel and I have been bumping into people I met there in another parts of Europe , which is pretty amazing. I truly recommend for amazing Madrid experience!
