Great place

First time in Malaga and what a treat, this hoyel is perfectly located firstly, ideal for old town, beach and port, all walking distance. The rooms are excellent, facilities lovely and breakfast is a real experience and treat. The staff, every one we encountered were 10/10, a special mention to Bernard who looked after a small issue for us ain a truly professional manner.

The staff are so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat.

This hotel is everything, from the location to the amenities to the staff, every single moment spent was just a great experience. The hotel is walkable to almost all of the city's main spots with the amazing restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The hotel is so beautiful and staff from the moment we stepped in was so friendly and warm 5stars all the way

The staff at the front desk are exceptional. You would fail to find a more helpful bunch anywhere else. The location is perfect for the centre of Malaga, close to a metro and easy for the airport as well. We regreted staying at an airport hotel for the first night because it actually cost more to travel the 1 mile by taxi (due to min spend) than to actually go from the airport to this lovely hotel. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our room so much that we opted for room service breakfast which was delicious. Normally with breakfast you have to decide the night before and put a card outside the room, but this one you can just phone up when you require it. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved the hotel. The best part : bed is amazing ( comfortable )!!! Sheets so good. Room is pitch dark if needed. Temperature can be extremely cold and AC very quiet. Super central and easy to get around. 💯 recommend. The best hotel we stayed in Spain ( from Barcelona to Marbella )

Fist for the positives. The hotel is in a good location in the city with easy access to all the shops and beach areas. The staff are helpful friendly (with exeption of the breakfast service which was lacking in the buffet restaurant) The bed in the room was very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep every night on it. The roof bar is great (if a little samll) with a nice atmosphere and great cocktails. We didnt use the bar on the ground floor but it is well presented and also has a great atmosphere. Now the negatives. The bedrooms seem to have been designed by a person who has never stayed in a hotel in their life. There is no wardrobe in the room - rather just a rail above the coffee machine with very few coat hangers and thats it. Nowhere else at all to store clothes and as such ended up living out of our cases for the trip. The toilet was also in a separate room from the bathroom with no hand basin. This was very odd and made the usability of the facilities awkward. We also arranged a taxi transfer to pick us up from the airport through the hotel that never arrived. This was a poor start to the stay. We had the buffet breakfast one morning at a cost of €54 which was beyond disappointing - I've had better at 2 star hotels. Overal if this hotel was marketed as a 4 star (which it is definitely) and not a 5 star i might have been more generous with the rating. It is not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend

This hotel is located in the central location of Malaga. The view from the rooftop pool and lounge area is beautiful. We got a very spacious, modern, beautiful room with a balcony. I think we were upgraded for free. Also we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was a very nice gesture. We enjoyed the pool area and the restaurant downstairs. We also did have a breakfast which was very nice as well.

Great location although even with soundproofing the traffic noise can be loud especially motorbikes racing up and down. The pool area is small and sun beds close together and unlucky if someone next to you starts smoking , it’s right in your face. Cooked breakfast isn’t great, twice received eggs not fully cooked. Tapas restaurant on bottom floor is good. Had a Junior Suit but no bath or wardrobe so not great for longer stays. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.

Outstanding location. Well remodeled property and rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food at the restaurants.
