The service was very good. You could get coffee and tea, sweet snacks. There was a refrigerator whit butter, milk, cold water etc. Very clean place. The location was fine, a bit noisy sometimes at the evening outside, but close to the Jardin de Túria.

Die Unterkunft war ganz gut, das einzig negative war die Lautstärke am Abend im Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig und man hört einfach alles, den Nachbarn, das Restaurant darunter… deshalb ein Stern Abzug

Mara was welcoming and very helpful for local tapa bars & restaurants. She helped us with an early morning cab which was wonderful. Would stay at the Opera House again. Simple, clean, good local location in between the main Valencia sights.

In general is good location and for guesthouse is not bad. But i think the price is overreted for guesthouse and conditions are provided. Its just a small room with bed, 1 chair and hangers and bathroom- you could pleca at least small table to put some stuff. Also its very noisy, i heard all our neihbors and the kitchen is just in 10 m so you can hear everything. As well there no elevator, and i was with baby car alone so i have to lift up and down 2 floors baby car and baby every time we go out, it wasnt mentioned in description-not the floor not absense of elevator. And AC is not going up more than 24 degrees i was freezing.

I would go back to Valencia just to stay at this property! It was quiet, clean, and close to the City of Arts and Sciences as well as the beautiful walking paths that meanders for miles. Maria Fernanda and her staff were more than kind and accommodating

Il b&b è confortevole, in un'ottima posizione e offre molti servizi, come pulizia delle camere giornaliera e un'area comune provvista di frigo, tostiera, macchina del caffè e del tè, piatti, posate, frutta fresca e dolcetti a disposizione degli ospiti. David, Carolina e le donne di servizio sono molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili per offrire consigli su cosa vedere, dove andare a mangiare e come muoversi nella città.

Sehr persönliche Betreuung... Immer ansprechbar und erreichbar!!! Kostenlose Softdrinks, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser, sowie Obst und Snacks rund um die Uhr!!! Direkt am Turia-Park mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür!!! Modern, gemütlich und sehr, sehr sauber!!!

Everything was good, maybe as a suggestion they could add a coat hanger ij the room.

La struttura è all'interno di una palazzina che si affaccia sul parco Jardin del Turia, l'interno è molto bel tenuto in stile moderno. E' presente una area comune dove poter fermarsi a gustare un caffè/tè gratuitamente messi a disposizione per gli ospiti. L'accesso alla struttura è semplice grazie alle informazioni che vengono fornite prima dell'arrivo con i codici che sbloccano le porte. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza della proprietaria. La colazione viene servita nella panateria esterna alla struttura, brioche buone e locale piacevole. La colazione comprende solo una bevanda calda, spremuta e una brioche o panino salato

Muy buen servicio, muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena ubicación y buen desayuno. Me encantó y seguro que volveré la próxima vez en Valencia!

Extreem gehorig! Je hoorde zelfs de buurman een wc velletje van de rol afschuren. Fijn dat er een zwembad is maar je moet zelf met bedjes ernaar toe lopen want er zijn geen bedjes aanwezig. Ze hebben slechts 2 bedjes beschikbaar. Personeel was erg aardig en de kamer was prima en schoon maar door de gehorigheid zou ik hier niet nogmaals heen gaan.

Waren rundum begeister. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage für uns optimal.

Nous étions venus passer 3 jours à Valencia avec mon compagnon pour visiter principalement l’aquarium océanographique qui se trouve à proximité del’Opera House. Le B&B est très propre, personnel à la réception très sympathique et quartier plutôt au calme. Le centre est facilement accessible avec le bus ( arrêt juste en face de l’établissement). Le seul mini bémol est que le petit-déjeuner se prend dans un établissement à 1 minute à pieds.

Super prettig en mooi ingericht, heerlijke bedden, zeer gastvrije staff, en geeeldige ligging tov binnenstad en strand.
