Excellent, top drawer experience. Marina view room exceptional. Best sunset from our patio. Large beautiful room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fenomenal. The staff was ver friendly and the walking distance to see the port was very close.

La vista desde areas del hotel hace muy agradable tomar o comer algo, en forma muy relajada. El staff es muy agradable y se esfuerzan en hacer cómoda la estancia, siempre con una sonrisa.

Stanze piccolissime, personale non all’altezza ne’ all’accoglienza, ne’ al ristorante. Paesaggio improponibile: bacino chiuso con aziende terribili all’orizzonte. Rapporto qualità prezzo ingiustificato. Non consiglio assolutamente

Nice Hotel

Stunning property. Beautifully designed and renovated. Unfortunately the level of detail that they gave to the building has not extended to the service provided. Mostly unattentive staff, however, it seems to be that it is ingrained culturally because it is more than just an isolated incident, it’s part of the overall experience at the hotel. There is no feeling of luxury apart from the building itself, no experience beyond the beauty of the Palace. Pool service was almost inexistent, terrace service very deficient. They seem to be very reliant on events and not very much into providing guests with an ultimate enjoyment in Getxo.

It is a very nice property. The staff at the reception were very attentive, professional and welcoming. At the bar and restaurant the food was good, but the staff there was unprofessional and with lack of manners. We didn’t expect to have this kind of bad service at the restaurant in a hotel like this one.

This was a remarkable hotel--friendly staff, terrific, serene location. I enjoyed the area very much. The spa was well maintained and perfectly sized. It was a welcome relief after traveling the previous week. Its location along the promenade was terrific--perfect for running, walking, just enjoying the vibe of Getxo. Be sure to get out to the local places to eat/drink. I would highly recommend this hotel--especially for its staff.

The hotel is wonderful with impressive surroundings . You need a car to get around as the property is not downtown

The hotel is an absolute gem! It is in a very safe, beautiful and elegant location with a stunning view. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs (worthy of its 5 stars). It has a refined and modern look yet offers a wealth of culture inside through its art and food. The service is superb, the food is delicious and the beds are so comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Luxurious and welcoming. Lovely room, great views and helpful staff.

Stayed here for the Akelaŕe a three star restaurant but while the service was brilliant, I left a bit disappointed with the food. Very pushy on getting us out on the morning we were leaving, we were delayed due to having to wait for a table at breakfast. Rooms and view were excellent.

This property was amazing. A proper 5 star hotel. We hired a car and drove everyday. We stayed here with a toddler. We would stay here again.
