パラドール・デ・セウタ

スタッフが親切でレストランもとても良かった。 部屋はバスタブもありリラックスできるし、アメニティも充実していた。 トイレの水量が弱いのが残念だが、スペインの他のエリアもだいたいそんな感じなのでここだけの話ではない。

立地はとてもいいです。パラドールかと言われると…以前のホテル名が大きく出ているのもあり あまりパラドール感はありません。普通の老舗のホテルな感じです。 プールは使えなくなっていました。１０月初め、もうシーズンオフだからなのかはわかりません。 庭に猫がいてそれが最高に良かったです。

ロビーにはパラドールらしい雰囲気が少しありますが、客室は画一的な造りで、味わいはありません。客室からの景色は海が見えて、なかなか良いです。フロントで英語が通じません。レストランの注文も英語はダメで苦労しました。

港から徒歩圏内、正面にあるPlaza de Áfricaを過ぎると、セウタの繁華街の入り口です。モロッコとの国境Fronteraに行くバス停にも歩いて５分程度でした。部屋は古いながらもメンテナンスをきちんとしている感じです。昔ながらの”重い鍵”で部屋の開け閉めをするのが懐かしくも新鮮でした。

Bra läge, trevlig personal. Rent o snyggt. Poolområdet stänger 1 oktober så poolen kunde vi inte utvärdera.

The Parador is in need of major refurbishment. I could only just get the door to my room open. Room security poor. Location very good.

The bed is comfortable with great pillows. The towels are amazing. Front desk is friendly. Only issue is the ants. The bathroom had a lot of ants and the room had some, even in our bed. After showers there would be puddles of water outside the bathroom door and ants going crazy.

No tengo nada encontra del servocio y de las intalaciones pero no pude difrutar por razones de no usar el hotel y no semealla abonado porque no pude hacer el viaje de barcelona a ceuta por falta de organización de la linra de autobuses alsa. Gracias.

Sehr sympathisches Personal, schöne Zimmer und Lobby. Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber gepflegt und bietet ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und günstig. Kommen gerne wieder.

Merci à toute l’équipe de la réception pour un accueil digne d’un palace. Notre espagnol est très scolaire, mais ils ont fait l’effort de nous comprendre et de nous aider. Un grand merci au jeune homme qui nous a accueillis dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel et qui nous a donné envie d’y revenir.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Poolbereich. Zimmer alle mit Balkon und ausreichend Platz. Strand und Zentrum fußläufig. Zustand und Inventar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Personal beim Frühstück etwas überfordert. Sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Very large and spacious hotel, although it is quite dated in your hotel room and beyond the entrance and communal spaces. The service was great on the front desk, especially from the young gent working there, and the bar service was fantastic all the time 🌟 However, unfortunately the breakfast restaurant service was horrendous, and the food options very unimaginative and poor. I literally couldn't eat anything but fruit, so I went hungry every morning. The staff said they would let me know if they had anything without milk and eggs, then just didn't come back over. Most times in the hotel, they couldn't provide food other than nuts and olives, nices ones at least, but again, very poor for what should be the better hotel in Ceuta. I can't recommend this hotel, especially to anyone with allergies and food intolerances.

Una experiencia fabulosa, magnífico el servicio y muy amplias y cómodas las habitaciones e instalaciones. Quizás, el único pero es que necesita una reforma. Da la impresión de un retorno a los años 70, con todo lo bueno y no tan bueno que ellos supone. Sí vuelvo a Ceuta, volveré a alojarme allí sin duda.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, But Hygiene Needs Serious Improvement: I recently stayed at this hotel and really appreciated some aspects of it. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to all the good spots, so there was no need to use the car. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hygiene and housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. There were ants in the room, and when wiping the floor with a tissue, it turned black — clearly indicating it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The conditioner bottle didn’t work, and although housekeeping came the second day, they didn’t restock the toilet paper and left only two towels for three guests. The most unacceptable issue was the state of my son's bed, which had a visible menstrual stain — something that should never happen in any hotel. Overall, while I enjoyed the location and some aspects of the stay, I hope the management takes cleanliness more seriously and improves housekeeping standards.

We always look forward to staying in a Parador as a treat. Unfortunately this one does not live up to the Parador name. The beds are comfortable but the room was scruffy with worn out furniture and the carpet in the hall was very stained. The bathroom was also tired. There was an issue with parking as this is one of the main reasons we booked this parador. There just doesn t seem to be enough , but I don’t suppose much can be done about that. The staff on reception and cleaning and pool staff were really helpful, friendly and faultless. The pool and pool area were clean. It is in an amazing location.

Great hotel

Emplacement idéal pour le ferry vers l'Espagne et la visite de la ville entièrement à pied. Plage immédiatement accessible à pied aussi et parking sécurisé pour les motos. Petit déjeuner bien. Propreté ok. C'est un peu vieillissant mais rien de méchant. Tarif consommation minibar excessif en revanche, 3€ les 70cl d'eau minérale. Personnel très agréable.

Un très bon accueil. La reception est au top avec du professionnalisme, parlant plusieurs langue. Une propriété et un entretien constant de l'établissement en gardant les vestiges d'antan. Cela fait plus de 20 ans que je vais dans cet hotel quand je passe par Ceuta et toujours satisfait.
