古いですがそれは歴史地区なので当たり前。 ９時から21時まで小さい食堂（冷蔵庫あり・コーヒーなどの飲み物も無料）が使えますが21時過ぎは閉じます。朝早いチェックアウトは前日申し出るか携帯からの電話が必要なので注意すること。 ロケーションはすごく良いです。 ペンション入り口は２階ですが、３階まで階段を登る感じ。足が悪いとつらいかもしれない。 古いので廊下の話し声は聞こえるが、使い易く便利なペンションで好きです。

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Don’t bring your car into the city but if you have to - ask for the parking voucher for nearby underground parking at circa 30 euros per day. Also note you can’t drive to the hotel to drop bags. So you’ll to walk 500m with your bags. Then up a steep set of crooked stairs to the third floor - that reflect the age and charm of the building. Only a few rooms on the floor, with a shared kitchen which was very convenient. Can’t beat the spot and the price, for ready access to dining extravaganza.

Amazing location to walk and explore the old town. Many pintxo bars, restaurants, and cafes steps from the pension. Beautiful and funky old building, cozy rooms, kept very clean. Small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes for guests (as well as coffee, tea, and biscuits). Would recommend to anyone coming to San Sebastián!

The room is small, but big enough for two people and the position is in the middle of the historical center, which is great. The bathroom is external but it's private and very clean. Our host was nice and she gave us many useful information.

The host was very nice but spoke fast in his broken English so it was difficult to understand him. The room was great with a little balcony. Everything was so clean and the bathroom nice and big. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, a variety of teas and cake which was delicious all complimentary.

It would s in a very old building, on one of the best streets for tapas. The room is nice, there is a bathroom separate from the room but private. The only thing I would change is the bed, it was not very comfortable to hard.

This was a clean, cute pension. There are many stairs although to take to the Pension floor. The check in was very easy as well and in the heart of Old Town.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the location is amazing. It’s on a main strip yet it’s soundproof! Robert and the lady working there are wonderful with the best food recommendations.

Nice, simple place in the heart of the old district. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a good time.

Location is fantastic

So close to St Maria Cathedral and the fortress with great views of harbor and city. Great area for tapas and shops. It is a walk up, and older, but that works well for me.

Great staff, helpful about where to visit. Very clean room with comfortable bed and bedding. Dated decor but extremely good value and would definitely stay again.

Charming hotel in old town San Sebastián. Bathroom separate from room, not a problem for us. Lots of fantastic food options in the immediate area. Lovely balcony to sit and sip wine and watch the world go by.

I’ve read past reviews where the owner counter attacks the reviewer. So let’s go. Firstly, the advertisement says staffed 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. This is not the case. You have to call to gain entry and someone turns up in a sweat. Dumps the keys and you and that’s it after a cursory show through of the place. Secondly, yes it’s an old building but the stairs are basically unsafe. Thirdly, the shower in our room was faulty. It didn’t drain. The room smelled damp. Issue was raised with Manager who didn’t respond. Fourthly, the fan in our room was defective our neighbor asked us to stop the oscillation as it was scrapping the common wall. Manager tries to get you communicating off Hotels.com app and use WhatsApp. I see this as deceptive. We stayed one night then left. Burned €550 but put it down to experience. The ratings can’t be believed. 4.6 on Google and 9.2 on Hotels.com

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town Pinxtos bars. Within short walk of new town and Gros. A traditional property. Room was very spacious -plenty of storage.Owner gave excellent recommendation for Pinxtos on arrival. Staff helpful.

Preis/Leistung passen, das Hotel ist top gelegen, Bars etc direkt unter dem Hotel. Wer jedoch eine ruhige Gegend sucht ist hier absolut falsch, hier ist der Mittelpunkt des Lebens. Das Hotel selber ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, alles was man braucht in direkter Umgebung. Jedoch spricht keiner der Mitarbeiter Englisch, eine Kommunikation ist unmöglich. Wir brauchten einen Late Check-in aufgrund Problemen mit unserem Auto, uns wurde nur in gebrochenem Englisch am Telefon erklärt das wir ein anderes Hotel suchen sollten, verstanden hat uns der Mitarbeiter nicht, auf Mails wurde auch nicht geantwortet. Erst ein spanischer Freund konnte uns beim Kontakt helfen, diesem wurde der Whatsapp Account gesagt. Die Nummer die beim Hotel angegeben ist hat diesen Account, dort ist eine Kommunikation in Englisch möglich. Aber nur dort. Quintessenz: Late Check-in möglich, kostet 20€ mehr, passt. Parken in den normalen Tiefgaragen der Umgebung möglich, ein Deal mit dem Hotel besteht nicht. Grdsl. würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, jedoch sobald man Kontakt zum Personal braucht ist man als nicht spanisch sprechende Person aufgeschmissen bishin zu hinflos.

Amazing location, rooms are amazingly sound proofed with how lovely and lively it is outside. Easily accessible, fast check in check out, clean shared areas, like kitchen and bathroom, including complimentary tea and coffee. Very lovely decor and friendly staff. All round great experience and would highly recommend!

Mega Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kaffee und Kuchen gibt es zum Frühstück. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikro. Mega. Altstadt ist abends laut, das sollte man wissen und mit umgehen können. Für uns total OK!

The double room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The man working there was very kind. He even gave us a map with helpful tips on what was going on and a list of the best pintxo bars. It didn't bother us, but because it is in the heart of old town surrounded by delicious pintxo bars (a definite overall plus for us!), you are naturally going to hear a lot of street noise at night from the room.
