機械化しているが、最初に外から入る際の手順が示されていない。たまたま同じビルの使用者に出会って入れた。

moderner Self-checkIn über einen Automat, der sich auch eine Zeit lang aufgehangen hatte; uns fehlte der besagte Code, der hierfür nicht zugesandt worden ist und ohne telefonische Nachfrage und Hilfe eines Personals wäre dies technisch nicht machbar gewesen - hier wäre eine Person für den CheckIn vor Ort sicherlich hilfreicher und besser gewesen 2 Bäder; beide sehr großzügig von der Größe her hierbei keinerlei Probleme trotz mehrerer Zimmer

The machine didn't accept my credit card, which worked two minutes earlier in a bar. The touchscreen of the machine didn't register the majority of the screenstrikes. I had to enter a code to get into the room while other guests were observing. This meant that I had to sleep in my clothes for fear of being robbed. I put the table against the door so that I would wake up if anybody entered the room, not being sure that the door locked. The lady in charge told me that the room was paid "esta cobrado". I imagine she was embarrassed about the situation as by this time I was quite frustrated. The next day they phoned me to ask for the money. Good luck!!!

Se trata de un alojamiento sin personal que te atienda a la llegada. Recibes un correo con un código para abrir tanto la puerta del edificio, como la del alojamiento, donde accedes a una máquina que te da la tarjeta a tu habitación. En principio, un alojamiento correcto, con espacio justo para una cama y ya está. El problema vino cuando la primera mañana, el alojamiento se encuentra sin agua, por una avería en la cañería. Se busca la manera de que te den una alternativa y no saben. Se pide hoja de reclamación y tampoco saben. Se pide que reingresen parte del dinero invertido en el alojamiento y tampoco saben. Desde luego, de cara a los problemas, un tratamiento pésimo. Yo me he gastado más de 100€ por dos noches y me arrepiento completamente. Por suerte, tenía un conocido en un hotel cercano y me pude asear en su cuarto. Una vergüenza absoluta. Y por parte del alojamiento, no he recibido ni unas disculpas, ni una devolución parcial del dinero.

Globalement propre. Simplement accueilli par la femme de ménage!! Code pour entrée immeuble, chambre et même wc avec carte: ne pas l'oublier sinon...!! Donc pas pratique

All instructions on how to get to the building are in the email confirmation. It's really easy. You don't even need to talk to anybody. You just enter the codes provided, get your room card and you are set. Although if you need help it will be available.

Creo que hacer el check in sin una persona que te atiende con una sonrisa es bastante feo.

Buena ubicación. La recepción es en una máquina, sin personal. Un baño para cada 5 habitaciones.

Aucun personnel à la réception, pas de petit déjeuner possible, rapport qualité/prix plutôt mauvais, pension à éviter si possible

Liked the location in a safe neighbourhood but near the bus station and Bilbao center. The shared bathrooms were kept clean but can be very busy especially in the morning, it depends on how many room are occupied.

Unprofessional and unbusinesslike. Scandalous and outrageous. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get into my fully paid room. Rang owner at the door 3 times and 3 times had to go down to get the code to enter the pension. Three times, she answered after a while then hung up without giving me the code. Finally, a man came to help but he too didn't have to the code. He had to ring her and got me to register. We had trouble with the card to open the door. He rang her again. What a nightmare. I thought I was going to spend the night in the stairwell. Owner nowhere to be seen. The hospitality industry entails and involves interrelationships and personal contact not faceless and impersonal contact. If the owner finds it inconvenient, get out. Definitely not for you..

Great location,great house and the hosts were awesome

Baños no tienen secador de mano que es más higiénico que la toalla. En uno de los baños no hay dipensador de jabón para las manos. Alfombrilla de la ducha se ve muy envejecida y sucia. La señora de la limpeza es muy amable. Buena ubicación, no lejos de los diferentes medios de transpirte y del centro cultural y del museo Gughenhein

Bij aankomst bleek de 2 codes (toegang voordeur en toegang kamers) tot toegang pension (zonder receptie) niet te werken. Urgentie telefoonnummer in mail (Franstalig wat al vreemd was) zonder landnr. 24 niet te verstaan door het spaans. Door medegasten bij toeval binnengelaten en na lang tel.contact met Expedia (medewerker Jacqueline was top) zijn wij achter de schermen ingelogd. Geen enkel telefoontje van pensioen Aria's na afloop. ontvangen. Nog met hun gesms_t omdat een badkamer niet deed met kaart. Twee badkamers op 9 kamers met 1 afgesloten geen dien. Een tip van een toerist was om naar andere gedeelte (B) te gaan. . Zeer slechte service van pension Aria's!

La pensión es antigua y la limpieza de los baños dejaba mucho que desear. Viajamos en Semana Santa y el precio estaba por las nubes (este lugar no vale los 85 euros por noche que nos costó...). Además, al carecer de recepción si llegas y no está la limpiadora no puedes entrar, ya que nadie nos envió el supuesto código para abrir la puerta. Y si tienes alguna incidencia durante tu estancia, no hay nadie a quien transmitírsela

Todo muy bien para ser una pensión. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Paredes de papel se oía los ruidos del de la habitacion de alado aunque él tampoco ponía de su parte para no molestar

Bueno para pasar un par de días. Limpio. Lo único baño compartido y que no está actualizado. Pero calidad-precio muy buena.
