工事中で朝7時から酷い騒音。工事のすぐ下の部屋で非常に迷惑。3時からチェックインなのにバイトが3時にしか来ず、引継ぎをダラダラしていてチェックイン開始は10分過ぎ、一組目を待って自分の番は15時半頃。 　「冷房完備」と書いていながら1日5ユーロ支払わない(しかもカード不可)と利用できない。7月最高気温38度の部屋で冷房ナシなどあり得ない。説明書を放り投げられて、こちらが要求しないとリモコンを渡さない(使えない)状況だった。Wi-Fiは存在したが、頻繁に途切れ入場チケットをオンライン購入するのに苦労した。まったくお勧めしないホテル

立地は良い。少し騒がしいがBALやお店も多い。少しいけばスーパーもある。食べ物には困らない。ただチェックアウトの時間には気を付けておかないといけない。朝9じまでは無人なのでチェックアウトできない。緊急の連絡先にかけてなんとかチェックアウトできた。あと、空港まで行く最寄りのバス停を聞いたら、間違った（ただホテルに一番近い）所を教えてくれた。当日慌てたのは言うまでもない。必ず近隣住民何人かにも地元情報は確認すべし。（男性スタッフちょっと適当）あと、エレベーターありません。自力で階段持って上がらないといけないのでそれ相応の気持ちで。あとはよかったですよ。

Check in was terrible. They did not answer questions online and I could not call them because my phone does not have a calling plan. The room was cold and there was apparently no heat available. Their suggestion was just to put more blankets on the bed. There was no hot water kettle, so no way to make coffee or tea. There is no restaurant nearby. The staff were generally unhelpful when asked about anything.

The room was spotless it consisted of a double bed with an on suite bathroom. There was also a TV. The receptionist, I nick named her Gloria, was very capable and was able to explain all about the area we were situated in. It has had Roman, Moorish and Christian influences. It had narrow streets which led to Cathedrals, mushroom structures and in another direction it was close to a major park. This park has mosaics submitted from lots of Spanish towns. The Hotel was very close to a number of bars, supermarkets and various shops. I slept very well there as the hotel was very quiet. I would book again as I found it's location for that part of Seville was excellent.

My room was cold..they charge 5 euro per day to use AC/heater. Hot shower did not last even 10 min. Room cleaning service is every 3 days unless you pay extra. Housekeeper did not knock the door and just opened even I was in bathroom. This place is far worse than a hostel.

Room was ok. Bathroom was somewhat cramped. Pillow was bothersome, uncomfortable.

Okay place to stay for a night or 2

Ninguém fica na pensão pela manhã e mesmo q chegue antes de deixam plantados informando que estão chegando , o check in era às 15 hrs no entanto , as 17 30 o quarto ainda não estava limpo para que pudéssemos utilizar …. O atendimento da recepção péssimo , Pessoa grosseira , sem empatia , e c muita má vontade , jamais ficaria aí , toalhas de banho pior que pano de chão

The hotel is very well located. I could easily walk to all the landmarks in the old town. The room was clean and I had my private washroom. For the staff, I only met the lady at the reception, but she was helpful and courteous.

Horrible! I paid for free WiFi and the clerk tried to open it for me but to no avail. She tried two or three times. Their server apparently did not reach my room. I believe I am entitled to a REASONABLE REIMBURSEMENT. The pictures must have been photo shopped. the room was tiny and ancient in condition. Also, the room was so solid stone construction that my iphone also had no service. I could hold the phone up to the window to get two bars of reception. The minute I stepped out of the building I had perfect reception. This should have been noted in the property description. Also, the room was along narrow stone passageway that resonated the sounds of people and passing noises. Sleep was impossible before about two in the morning.

Excellent emplacement! Chambre propre et calme. Personnel agréable.

Basic bedroom. New bathroom. Clean and comfortable.

Good location for the City centre. The staff allowed me to leave my bag earlier than the check-in time, which was helpful, but it would've been more useful to be able to check-in early (even for a small fee), as it then meant that I had to ensure that I got back to the Hotel for 3pm, missing another pre booked event. Room was great and so was the air con. Only downside is mould in the shower. I would use them again though, if I were travelling for a similar reason - ie not spending long in the hotel.

El lugar es bonito, pero muy alejado del centro y el servicio muy básico. Mi toquen para abrir en la noche no funcionó, si no es por otros huéspedes no sé cuando iba a poder entrar. El número para casos de emergencias no entraba y no tiene whatsapp. Me comuniqué al correo pero afortunadamente ya había podido entrar.

Globalement nous avons été déçu par cette pension : elle n'est pas située dans un quartier très central (bien que son environnement direct - restaurants - soit sympathique) et la chambre est petite et surtout très sommairement aménagée (manque de rangement). Les sanitaires étaient en parties communes mais étaient néanmoins très propres, cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Notre chambre était située au dernier étage, sous les toits ce qui fait que la terrasse commune, sur laquelle donne plusieurs clim, était inutilisable (car beaucoup trop chaude). De même, la salle de bain, ouverte sur ce même patio/terrasse se retrouve transformée en sauna car non climatisée. L'insonorisation et l'isolation (jour de 1 cm entre la porte et le patio extérieur suffocant du fait de la chaleur) sont mauvaises. Pas d'ascenseur. Deux poignées (salle de bain et fenêtre) cassées. Table de chevet un peu haute pour les lits et dangereuse (coins pointus). Personnel peu accueillants et surtout on nous a dit au check-in qu'on pourrait laisser notre sac à dos le jour de notre check-out mais ce jour là (un dimanche à 11h30) il n'y avait personne à l'accueil... L'ensemble est correct, cher pour le prix, mais je ne recommande pas.

Très bien placé. Pas besoin de beaucoup marcher pour être dans le centre. L’entrée dans les lieux s’est faite facilement et la chambre au calme.

Shower was tiny and had very slow drainage to where you were literally standing in a pool of water. Towels had a bad odor the floor could have been cleaned better it had a sticky residue in one area with small pieces of broken glass. The location is good but I would stay elsewhere.

Pro - good location Cons: They only clean the rooms every 3 days. They do not give you fresh towels in those 3 days unless you pay extra for them (the towels had an awful scent). Our room did not have windows to the outside even though it appears on their website that they do Their website says 2 terraces. There is only 1 - false advertising Reception does not open until 3:00. Even though someone is there during the day. One day I went to reception early afternoon because we had no toilet paper and she told me to come back at 3:00 - even though the supplies were right behind her does not allow you in the room earlier than 3:00, even if the room is ready. There is an extra cost for air conditioning No fridge and no mirror in the room. Mot very functional. Bathroom is so tiny that it is difficult to maneuver (and I am a small person)

I would give 5 stars if the internet had worked at the second floor. Rather than that, everything is good and clean. Location is great. The staff is very helpful and kind.
