フロントの男性がとてもフレンドリーで親切。お店のアドバイスをリストで紹介してくれて、大変助かりました。 できるならまた泊まりたい

スーツケースを預ける午前中に、部屋ができたとチェックインをさせてくれた。 お部屋もこじんまりしているが、1人では十分な広さで、きれい。 洗顔用があまりに小さくて、全く他を洗うくらいにしか使用できないが、長期滞在ではない限り、問題なし。 また利用したいと思った。

スタッフがとても親切です。 とにかく立地が最高（ビーチすぐ、旧市街5分、バスターミナル10分位）で疲れたらホテルに戻って一休みして出かけることもできます。 屋外の音は聞こえてこないですが、中の音（水回り、いびき等）は結構響きます。 寒くてもエアコンが冷房だけなのか、エアコンを切って、厚着して寝ました。 シングルルームでもベランダやクローゼット、コンセントもあちこちにあり、明るく使いやすく居心地のいい部屋でした。

Absolutely fabulous pension very close to everything you need in San Sebastián. Lovely friendly staff very spacious comfy quiet room. You are only ever a few minutes of easy walking to the beaches old town and fabulous bars cafes and restaurant. It’s now our favourite place to stay in beautiful San Sebastián

Lovely hotel in the most perfect location for exploring San Sebastián with really welcoming friendly and helpful staff. If we return to San Sebastián we would definitely stay here again.

Alles super, klein und fein. Sauber und super süß. Beste Lage für Strand und Altstadt/Pinxtos etc. Kein Schnick Schnack, daher klare Empfehlung.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lovely room with balcony. Could have done with more tea/ milk in room and more towel changes. Lovely coffee in the morning. Recommend for a few nights in San Sebastián.

God placering. Dårlig seng!

The room was nice and clean and in a perfect location, but the check in was to complicated for me. I had to download an app, figure out how to use it and communicate with the staff through Whatsapp before I could open the 3 doors. When I told the staff about my experience they just said that they never had any problems before. No excuses or understanding. It made me feel like I was the stupid one. The second morning I asked for more tebags and the staff asked me is I didn’t get a new tea bag yesterday. When I said no I got one tea bag and had to ask for another taste. For me it seemed very stingy. Why not just give me a few tea bags?

Schönes Zimmer, ruhige Lage direkt im Zentrum, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit.

This pension was small, but so clean and comfortable. We spend 9 days in San Sebastián and the location was perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay!

Fantastic location. Wonderful room with balcony. Staff were lovely and took the time to give us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Right next to both the Old Town and the concha beach and lots of facilities all around. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
