La habitación muy antigua y los muebles en no muy bien estado.el parking, muy pequeño y de difícil acceso. Y el ascensor menos mal que cuando llegamos funcionaba, al día siguiente ya no. Todo un poquito deficiente. El personal muy amable y muy servicial pero el inmueble necesita una pequeña reforma. No han faltado lujos, solo que los muebles estén en mejor estado y yo quitaría la media bañera, pq a determinadas edades le antar par entrar y salir del baño es un poco peligry

Nice hotel, a few minutes walk from a main train station, staff are very nice.

Very clean basic rooms, bathrooms immaculate. Great location and value for money and helpful staff.

Très bien reçu, la chambre trois places est suffisamment grande pour passer une soirée. Très bien isolée du bruit de l'extérieur. Le seul petit bémol c'est que l'on entend un peu les visiteurs des chambres d'à côté. Petit déjeuner copieux.

No heat or ac. Had a ceiling fan and had to open the window which let in lots of mosquitos. Room was dated. Bed was old. Walls were thin. Ceiling fan was old and had a remote glued to the wall. The buttons on the remote did nothing so the overhead light was on all night unless I pulled the key card to cut all power to the room.

Nous pensons que le prix du parking est excessif. L'accueil était excellent. Rien d'autre à signaler.

No thrills, no frills. We needed a place to sleep and the place served its purpose.

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to many of the city's attractions, the parking is very small (5 cars) overall ok

For 2 star hotel conditions are acceptable, but in Spain in august without AC is terrifying, no central cooling, thanks god that the window was openable. A lot of mosquitoes, be prepared. Coffee on the breakfast is really far from italian or brazilian type.

Es un hotek viejo, la recepcion esta bien, la ubicacion buena, habitaciones pequenas y oscuras!

Bonne option d’hébergement pour une ou deux nuitées après des journées entières passées à vagabonder dans Bilbao et ses environs.

Accueil agréable, personnel sympathique et disponible mais la chambre est très sommaire, équipée de manière minimale et surtout très bruyante. Nous entendions les ronflements des voisins ou la télévision allumée des chambres voisines la nuit. Pour une nuit, cela fut suffisant mais nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps. L’hôtel se situe dans le quartier très populaire et assez mouvementé de Bilbao, beaucoup de communautés ethniques vivent et se rassemblent ici. Ce n'est pas très loin du centre névralgique de Bilbao à pieds mais ce n'est pas le quartier le plus agréable ni le plus joli.

Correcto siempre que no te toque un hab al lado del ascensor.

Vi tjekkede ind kl. 00, så superfedt at det var muligt. Værelset var dog grimt og ugennemført - lignede en bedstemors gamle værelse. Toiletbrættet sad løst.

Interesting hotel with photo theme. Breakfast was not good. Juice and cereal both ran out. Nobody offered any help.
