Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests staying 1-6 nights can check in from 2 PM and check out at noon. Guests staying 7 nights or more check in from 5 PM and check out at 10 AM. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Due to COVID-19, access to the pool is available by reservation only.

The property is closed between October 13 and March 25.
