ヒラルダの塔の目の前という最高の立地で、必要なものがすべて揃っていて、いいホテルにキッチンがついたような素敵なお部屋でした。 事前にいろいろ問い合わせをしたのですが、とても迅速かつ親切に対応いただきました。 バーチャルキーで入るのですが、その方法も親切に説明してくれたので、問題なく入室できました。 施設の方とは一切顔を合わせることはなかったですが、その分丁寧でとても感じが良かったです。 シャワールームの扉の隙間からまったく水が漏れなくて気持ちよかったです。 次は数日ゆっくり利用したいです。

レセプションの営業時間が、20時30分までとなってます。また、別の場所にあります。 レセプションの人はとても愛想の良い人で、お店も気さくに教えてくれました。 部屋はキッチン付きの凄く広い部屋なので快適でした。 立地も抜群なので良かったです。 次泊まるかは微妙ですが… 部屋がレセプションと違う建物の飲食店の上にあり、鍵開けて中に入り、電気を付け、エレベーターで部屋まで上がり、部屋内鍵も鍵を差し込んで二重に廻すと言う手間が気にならない人には、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 鍵を見ると治安がわかると言うか、凄く厳重な感じでしたよ(^^;;

An amazing stay in a very convenient location. Our apartment was very spacious and had a good view. The team was very responsive and accommodating.

The space was very unique. There was a private elevator to get to the property. If you are renting, make sure you are okay with stairs. The apartment is actually 3 separate levels. The first level is the bedrooms, the second level has the murphy bed, living room space and kitchen and terrace, the third level has the other terrace/rooftop space. :) Beautiful views and cute space!

Absolutely beautiful property but if you like peace and quiet this is not the property for you. The location is amazing BUT the sound of the Cathedral bells all night is awful, even with the doors and windows closed the sound is so loud. If you sleep like the dead it will be perfect.

The hallways smelled of open sewer every day. Not acceptable. When we turn on the AC, the sewer smell was pulled into the room.

Lovely apartment right opposite the cathedral in the centre of the historic city. Spacious over 3 floors with bedrooms on 3rd floor of the building (access via lift) living room/kitchen diner and dining terrace on 4th floor and rooftop sun terrace. Spacious and immaculate right in the centre of the action. Would stay again if in Seville. Pedro in the office was very helpful with remote checkin and keys via the app. Quick communication via email and WhatsApp.

Pretty easily the best stay we had during a two week trek through Spain. Check in was fast and easy. The key card through Justin App worked perfectly. The room was incredibly spacious and couldn't be in a better location. Washing machine midway through our trip was clutch. There was beeping coming from an alarm in the hall on the last night of our stay that was pretty annoying. And street below the apartment is VERY busy and quite loud. Pros: - SUPER spacious - washing machine - incredible location - the bed was easily the most comfortable of maybe any hotel stay ever. Temperpedic? - service was very attentive and accessible through WhatsApp Cons: - beeping in hallway - hallway/stairwell had unusual, fishy odor - instructions for washing machine would be nice Next time: would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! Worth the splurge!

Apartment itself is excellent; well laid out, modern, very clean. Location is wonderful for walking, but as a result, on a main street with the possibility for lots of noise. One night of our stay was exceptionally loud with singing/ cheering until about 12:30-1am, which was difficult for jet-lagged bodies. The next night was much quieter. My major negative was access to the apartment. I was aware of the check in time hours, and msgd the host that flight arrived after the office hours. I had the digital key and downloaded the necessary app. However, on arrival, directions to use the "digital key" were unclear/did not work and we could not gain access to the unit from the street. I tried everything I could think of and I am pretty tech savvy. I tried to call and message and eventually had to call the emergency number, and activate my Canadian cell phone plan as my Euro Sim card did not connect. We were finally in after about 30 min and help from the emergency contact...and never ended up needing the digital key at all! Everything was accessed by codes which were never provided to us. SO if you are arriving in regular hours as stated on their listing page, you are probably fine. Get very clear instructions with all codes if BEFORE you arrive. Wifi code was hidden in a folder, which is a great spot, if you know about it! Smell in stairway was stomach turning of sewage, but not sure who can be responsible for this. Other comm. was excellent after first night.

Great stay. Place was very clean and in a great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t think you could really go wrong with any of the Puerta Catedral properties.

Location is prime. The apartment is in front of one of the cathedral’s door. It is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. It has a kitchen and a washer/dryer machine. The property is just steps from restaurants. We arrived early to Sevilla, and they were able to give us the apartment earlier. The communication previous to our arrival was great, also the check in process, and they are very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you for any amazing stay! We loved the area and the property. The views were spectacular from our apartment. Highly recommend as it is located walking distance from many attractions, lot of food options around, great evening vibes around and more importantly safe!

Our stay at this Seville apartment was simply exceptional. The view was unparalleled – the best we've ever experienced. The beds were incredibly soft and provided the best night's sleep on our 10-day Spain trip. Hands down, our favorite accommodation. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of comfort and charm in the heart of Seville! We will be back!
