ホテル感覚で利用してはいけない。海外での生活や海外旅行に慣れていない日本人は利用しない方がいい。スペイン語または英語が日常生活レベルで話せないと、部屋の利用方法などわからず厳しい。 一般住人もいる普通のアパートメントマンションの1室の中を5部屋に分け宿泊施設としている。1部屋も狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもない為、ベッドの上で広げる他ない。日中、建物の玄関に管理人さんがいるが、宿泊施設とは一切関係なくアパートメントの管理人さんなので、ルームズランブナのことについては一切知らないご様子。5部屋の利用者全員で1つのトイレ、バスルームを共有するため不衛生かつ非効率的。エアコンは確かについているが、利用するには別途1泊1部屋10€の料金がかかる。バルセロナの夏はかなり暑いので、エアコン無しはかなり過酷。共用スペースに洗濯機はあるが、こちらも別途料金がかかるかつ小さいので、歩いて8分のコインランドリーを使用したほうがいい。ドライヤーなし。 立地だけは良かったが、不慣れな観光として利用するのは避けた方がよい宿泊施設でした。

Bed was awful, there was a dent in the middle had so much trouble sleeping. I was there for almost 2 weeks and bed sheets never changed, fresh towels never were brought! You have to pay 10€ Per Day extra in order to use air-conditioner (which you will HAVE to use in the summer). I lost a single key and was charged 30euros for a replacement for 1 KEY (it can’t cost more than 10 €)!!!! It was very, very loud in the room and it is tiny and I mean tiny! There were people coming in and out and the door slamming was just crazy! The cleaning lady slammed about every drawer, door or anything else that could be slammed (it was in the late morning or early afternoon but you will not get a nice nap in) . I honestly don’t ever write reviews but this room actually ruined the trip. Look elsewhere!! Or stay at a Hostel and pay way, way less for a crappy place to stay or even better after you add the 200€ extra I had to pay for the key and A/C you could get a better hotel! I really wish I would have gotten a hotel!

Emily was amazing, there is another lady that helped during checking that’s very sweet and friendly as well!!!

Room was quite small. We waited more than 30 minutes for agent to arrive and give us access to room. Extra charge for ac. Basic. One of the other rooms had balcony and clothes drying rack. Ours only had two twin beds a small night stand between beds and a metal rack on wall for hanging clothes. Not much room for luggage storage or moving around.

Bra bemötande och skick. Eftersom vi var flera dagar hade det varit bra att kunna få byta handdukar och sängkläder nån gång. Var väldigt varmt och att behöva betala ytterligare pengar (cash) för AC kändes mindre okej. Annars toppen med ett centralt läge.

The location of this property is perfect. Right in the vecinity of La Boquería, Plaza Catalunya, Casa Batlló, and the Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. Easy area to walk around, shop, and dine!

La bienvenida muy conveniente, el lugar bien situado y suficiente, deben especificar que el aire acondicionado lo cobran en 10 euros extra la noche, el papel de baño era apenas justo. Y te hacen pagar un depósito de 100 euros por que se reserva a través de expedía. También lo de deberían especificar, camas cómodas, habitación pequeña pero funcional

O quarto para duas pessoas com cana de solteiro é muito pequeno , chegou a ser desconfortável . Fui no verão e o ar-condicionado só podia ser utilizado mediante pagamento de 10 euros por dia não consegui dormir direito de tanto calor achei um absurdo . Para completar eles cobram ainda por check In tardio , atrasamos apenas 1 hora e tivemos sue pagar uma taxa pelo atraso . A única vantagem desta acomodação é a localização , conseguimos fazer quase tudo a pé. Mas, não ficaria nesta acomodação novamente devido a essas cobranças. Rodei 5 países , Inglaterra , Itália , Grécia , França e Espanha . Em Barcelona foi o único lugar menos hospitaleiros e inflexíveis com essas cobranças em euro por esses itens listados.

be careful, upon arrival at the room the owner takes a deposit of 100 euros and does not return the money, we left the room in an impeccable front and the deposit was not returned, we called the owner, they brushed us off saying it was the bank's fault that the transfer was taking so long, we have been waiting for three weeks, the matter will be further referred to the owner of the application.

make sure you e-mail ahead a couple of days if you want your luggage held, very difficult to get a hold of anyone outside the time decided for check in

It was very noisy , people were not closing doors but SLAMMING them. Shower was not brilliant and toilet seat was broken. The only good thing was the location.

Great location, friendly staff. No wi-fi and thin walls I felt like I was in the same room as the folks next door.

The room was tiny, but very clean. The common space was also clean. The servise was good. Location is perfect. One thing, that disturbed a lot - it was a main entrance door that banged very loudly when it slammed shut.

Very nice apartment in a great area. 5 rooms in 1 apartment, no living room, but everything else needed to function. I thought. The 1 roll of toilet paper used up on my first night, that was there for 2 apartments. You only realize the size of this issue, when you face it. Who travels with extras? 😄 You only think this is a huge issue, until the elevator stops working as it did on our first morning, and you're forced to walk down and up 5 stories, because the apartment is in the attic on the 5th. Communication with whoever was difficult, had to wait a very long time for responses. Thanks, we won't be returning.

One share bathroom with a lot of rooms

As a solo travel I really wouldn’t recommend staying at this accommodation. I emailed the host 24 hours prior to my arrival making them aware my flight arrived at 21:00 hrs meaning my arrival time would be approximately 22:00 hrs. Prior to arrival I rang them whereby they assured me someone would meet me at the accommodation for this time 45 minutes later after numerous phone calls the host arrived who was short, rude and disinterested arrived! I was charged €15 euros tourist tax for my short stay. Please do not put yourself through the stress!
