La habitación no está bien acondicionada: es el antiguo salón de un apartamento, las dos puertas son las originales, simplemente pintadas sobre el cristal original, ello hace que el ruido del pasillo y vestíbulo perturbe el sueño, además de que se filtra la luz de ambas partes.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Stores near by. Staff came in daily to check that everything was ok. Quiet, yet central, close to the old town, buses train etc.

Excellent location!! Our room was a good size and bathrooms were cleaned daily. My biggest complaint is the noise from other rooms. Not much insulation between rooms. You can hear everything especially when there is babies or kids that are up in the middle of the night.

Great location. Excellent for the price. Watch out for the angry, crazy French woman!

Everything in order. Some extra kitchen appliances could be useful (sharp knives, coffee machine with filter,...).

Neighbours complained to us that this is an illegal dwelling. Was threatened with council to kick us out.

J'avais une chambre solo, dans un appartement partagé avec au moins 8 personnes. Ma chambre était très bien, conforme à la description. Elle se fermait grâce à un code sécurisé. Le seul point négatif est que les gens qui étaient avec moi dans l'appartement laissaient la salle de bain et les toilettes sales. Ce n'est pas de la faute de la propriétaire. L'avantage était qu'une femme de ménage venait régulièrement nettoyer les parties communes! Je suis contente de l'appartement. La communication avec la propriétaire et son assistante était très bonne. Je recommande.

Noisiest place ever. You won’t get any sleep at night. And management couldn’t care less about your complaints.

Great place for a study on sleep deprivation. Noisiest place I have ever stayed by several magnitudes. Other tenants slamming doors and toilet seats all night long. People are up talking at full volume until 3 am and they will threaten you with violence if you ask them to quiet down. There is no onsite management to talk to and they do not respond to messages about it. Pick someplace else if you want to sleep at night. Also do take note of the long list of things you have to pay extra for, such as air conditioning. Travelocity should remove this place from their rolls, it’s a flop house. You’ll hate it your first night.

Es un problema el baño compartido, la gente es sucia y eso no se puede controlar. Me parece mal que cobren por el aire acondicionado siendo que no todas las habitaciones ni el baño tienen ventilación

Ik vond mijn verblijf uitstekend, het was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ik heb waar voor mijn geld gekregen. Ik ga tot 3 keer per jaar naar Barcelona, ik ga rooms Sepulvedia nu steeds boeken.

We had a great stay in our room with a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were totally sufficient, even though all rooms were occupied. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. One downside was the air quality in the apartment - without air conditioning it can get quite stuffy. There is an AC unit available, but it costs €10 per day, which is mentioned in the listing. Also, the walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything going on in the other rooms. Overall, a good place to stay if you're aware of those things and plan accor-dingly.

We had to pay 10 dollars extra for air conditioning. We had tiny shared bathroom with bunk beds. That sounded like not much of a weight limit. Person we worked with for check in was lovely and helpful. It may have said all these things and I just didn't read well enough. It was okay
