A disastrous experience in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for one week with friends, and unfortunately, nothing went as planned. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable: there were ants everywhere, and the housekeeping was very poorly done. The floor was really dirty and was clearly not cleaned properly, and there was often no toilet paper provided. The rooms were simply not maintained to the standard expected from a hotel. The swimming pool was also in a terrible condition: the water was yellow, cloudy, and far from being clear. It was obvious that large amounts of chemicals were being added in an attempt to maintain the pH level, but the overall condition remained very concerning. At one point, there was even a piece of sausage floating in the pool, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The most serious issue, however, was the theft that occurred in our rooms. We do not know exactly how this happened: we do not know whether it was due to a problem with the doors being left open, access during housekeeping, or something else. We do not want to accuse anyone without proof, but the facts remain: €500 was stolen from me, from my wallet, which was stored inside my closed suitcase. My small Louis Vuitton bag also disappeared from my room. Another friend also had €50 stolen from her wallet, which was also inside her suitcase. We immediately reported these thefts to the hotel. Clean basic accomodation

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. It was a good choice for our family with two young children. The only downside was the noise from some guests late at night. On a couple of nights, there was a lot of noise around 2 or 3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Bad service, bad room with mold. Hotel solution was air freshener to kill the smell! The view is right in to a tagged up unfinished building(does not show in any pictures), which a large amount of homeless people has occupied. So the smell of piss and garbage is prominent, and it feels unsafe with kids.

Very spacious big rooms , has everything you need , it is a bit further out so have to get taxis a lot that being said it was easy to get a taxi the hotel will always arrange on. The walls are very thin but didn't cause any issues. Staff was helpful and lovely

Hotel bello e con una piscina super

Very good value for money. Nice pool, breakfast is good, room was clean and quiet. Only complaint is our AC wasn’t working but we were given a fan at least

Outside landscape and maintenance failed short. Air conditioning not working, I asked it to be repaired twice. No variation on breakfast, exactly the same thing over and over. Beverages all from machines poor quality.

Neat and tidy hotel in a good location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice pool area , close to beach and amenities and a great value price

Appartement was netjes, maar erg gedateerd. Bedden hard. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, maar vond de hele uitstraling niet echt top. Bij het zwembad ook geen gezelligheid of iets. Jammer want valt veel meer van te maken. We na 2 dagen schone handdoeken en schoon opgemaakte bedden dat vonden we dan wel super.

Good location , clean hotel

The reception were great, the staff at breakfast had lost interest and the will to live, the room was fine and clean, but the breakfast was awful, cooked breakfast that was sitting in bowls cold, coffee was poor and the cold drinks were awful. But for the money it was a fair place to stay.

Rooms are great big size but house keeping is poor no cleaning done in 4 days stay whatsoever only noticed they came in room and swapped out dirty towels on day 3 for new ones Bed blankets dirty with hairs Towels had hairs on them Hallway looks like it has not been vacuumed all summer Front of hotel looks ok in reception But rest of hotel is dated Free breakfast nothing special but just enough to get you going for the day Needs a revamp but overall average not bad but room for improvement Pa no kettle or tea coffe in rooms

The hotel overall was good. cold breakfast very good but hot breakfast lacking. Pool area spacious and pool clean. Room was just about clean and could def do with an upgrade. The shower was a nightmare with no proper thermostat it literally ran to boiling every 10 seconds and would not be suitable for someone not agile enough to move in and out of jets
