Lovely hotel, quiet but close to everything- pleasant staff.

Fantastic food and location. Clean and comfortable rooms. And amazinh staff

Heel netjes hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Enkel te weinig plaats/ligbedden aan het zwembad.

Tout à été bien sauf la restauration, les plats mal diversifiés et de qualité médiocre . Les chambres confortables et la literie est parfaite

Hotel Sandos Monaco is a beautiful and clean hotel with excellent service. The bartenders are great and the food was good. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant and bar area — it was stuffy, and I felt uncomfortable there. Also, I’m not sure how often the bed linen is changed — during my stay, it seemed like the sheets were not replaced. However, the rooms were cleaned and towels were changed regularly.

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. We went away as friends for both of our birthdays and loved this hotel. Room was clean and looked after daily by housekeeping with a lovely view towards the Levante Beach. Food was good and entertainment was great

I found the food at the buffet to be like warm

The rooms were not very clean and cleaning lady’s just did the basics. The food was okay, nothing special, just normal all inclusive food. But there was plenty of it, and you could always find something to eat at any time of the day. The service varied—some staff members were indifferent, while others were very friendly. Raul, a waiter from the restaurant, was particularly kind. The animators were very nice and really put in the effort. The animations were diverse and engaging. It seems to me that there aren’t enough staff members, and they are overworked and under a lot of pressure. And i wouldn’t say it’s 4* hotel.

We found the service to be exceptional, rooms were regularly cleaned, Good choice of cooked food at breakfast time. The lobby staff were very helpful for booking excursions and the Benidorm palace

Great hotel perfect location for a small walk down to the beach bars and old town!

We have been several times to this property and there are so many positives. Easy access to old and new Benidorm. Excellent food choice, something for everyone. Staff work hard and are brilliant. We tipped regularly especially in the dining room, where they are rushed off their feet and the bar. We did notice that the outside sunbathing area to the left as you exit the bar wasn't cleaned very often and we twice stood on broken glass and discarded food and general muck from the night before which was unusual. My feel were black from walking barefoot so I kept my shoes on. I hope they're not letting this slip it would be a shame! The internal parts of the hotel are spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious especially the bathroom. Great hotel if they improve the poolside cleanliness that would be perfect.x

Great food , staff and location. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Benidorm. Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time.

Wspaniały pobyt! Fantastyczna kuchnia na śniadaniu i dwóch innych posiłkach (w formie all inclusive). Przyjemny pobyt na słońcu z drinkami w barze na basenie.

Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. The drink options were very nice with the all inclusive spirits and cocktails being rather pleasant especially compared to other hotels where the drink can be hard to stomach.
