We ended up spending our vacation without hot water. The gas heater broke down on Friday (can happen, we understand that) and the owner promised to get the technicians the next Monday (not over weekend!, probably just to avoid higher cost for emergency service) and refund us the half price for the days without warm water. We agreed as we didn't want to spend more money booking another apartment before getting any kind of refund for this one. On Monday nothing happened, we haven't even got a warning message that we will be spending another evening without shower, no refund was payed. Well that we consider a huge problem after spending 1000€ for 5 nights without warm shower. The owner does not speak English, the communication was via an agent which was so rude to hang up after I complained about the situation. Since then there was no communication at all. The apartment itself is nice and has a good location, but it is not well taken care of: lots of hair stuck in the bathroom furniture, partially broken cooker, overused pan, poor tiny hair dryer and finally not comfortable bed mattresses of hostel quality. All in all: Huuuuuge disappointment!
