Great hotel staff friendly rooms clean and fresh the female entertainer works so hard even when hotel was quiet she still managed a good atmosphere all in all great stay and will definitely stay again just one thing they could do with a mini fridge in the room but thats just my opinion

A nice hotel situated very close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc.

Was put on 6th floor lift only went to 5th room smelt off sewage. Bathroom door if you closed it you couldn’t open it from inside. Room decor terrible. Told receptionist. Told her room number she never even said hello just wats wrong. Then had the wat you want me to do look on her face. Checked out this morning refused to give refund for safe key cause I had no receipt even though key was to my name and room number in her wee book. Got to say but cleaner always done a great job.

Room could have had some bru station or fridge would have been ideal but was perfect for what i came for , short stay and mostly out the room for majority of the time, whole hotel was clean and organised, friendly staff. Didnt have a problem once. Love a balcony room, Would stay again 😁.

Clean hotel and professional staff. 2-3 minutes to the centre, bus stop and seaside. Direct bus to and from barcelona airport.

Food was mainly catered for for Spanish, but we are in Spain go get it, just mentioning incase you have picky kid's like mine were they would only have a of chips but left them because they were cold. Breakfasts we preferred to go to the American diner down the road were food it was hot and fresh Hotel was mainly was for Spanish throughout Some Receptionist can understand good english some struggle, hotel very basic but good for price and the price is good for location.

Food not great some days,ill mannered spanish guests!

Buen hotel y bastante tranquilo

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, cleaning ladies were brilliant. View from my balcony was excellent. I didn’t eat in the hotel. The bed was ok for a week.

Excelente servicio,desayuno buffet genial,sin duda nos seguiremos hospedando aquí!

The hotel was in a great location, cleaned room everyday, the hotel was spotless couldn’t fault the cleanliness fantastic! , Food reasonabe , plenty of it , Only thing was Evening entertainment was very poor not much going on , also The only downside is this hotel cater for large groups of school children , you couldn’t get in the pool in the early eve it was overtaken by all the groups of children , the reception did tell me that this hotel does cater for this think they have some contract. with large groups , so if you don’t mind this crowdedness then I’d recommend this hotel

Good clean hotel , great maid service, pool area was well looked after . The bar staff were very friendly (especially Jimmy)I stayed B&B the breakfast was pretty good,quite a good choice of food .

Unfortunately I was there during the easter trips for multiple schools, I was placed on a floor with all the kids with just 2 teachers to at least 20 kids, all kids in their own rooms with No teacher control, they were playing football on the corridor, loud music screaming, shouting and banging on walls and doors through the night and early morning over multiple nights. The last night I went down to the reception because of this disruption happening again as I had a flight the next day and they said they do this till 12 midnight I was astounded by this as I have work in hotels for over 20yrs in the UK and we would never have allowed this behaviour to happen anytime of the day or night as it disrupts your other guests security did come back up with me and said something they quietened down a bit but carried on I was too tired to go back down. Maybe you need to but other guests on a higher floor away from the school trip rooms. Food was average, a bit of British taste. All inclusive only local spirits beers and wines available. Pool looked amazing but was to cold for me this was beginning of April to be fair. Rooms adequate basic functional and very clean So I praise your housekeeper they do a fantastic job!!! All the hotel public areas were very clean again I praise your housekeepers!!

Great location, reasonably priced, 24hr reception. Good breakfast choice. My room smelled of smoke, was pretty dated but adequate for a couple of days.

Habitación pequeña,sin jabon, ruidosa, ronquidos de la habitación de al lado y una jauria en los pasillos.4 Balcon vista la piscina, 8 Las comidas, buffet justito, pero lo peor la comida, Variedad escasa y para comer, nada para disfrutar. Hacen la comida para que coma la gente, mal! Si la gente disfruta de la comida, repite. No sera el caso,lo siento. Ubicación correcta.

excellent value for money nice location
