The staff at this hotel were helpful and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade and were very pleased with the room. Parking is available for small vehicles.

I checked in at 2:30am because I was in town for the death of a dear family member. The late checkin was because the funeral home gathering was happening the day/night of my arrival. I requested a late checkout during checkin, which the overnight front desk clerk explained and granted to me in exchange for a small fee, which I agreed to pay. The overnight clerk did not charge me the small fee at checkin so I planned to pay it at checkout the next day. At 12:15pm the next day, I received a call in the room from the front desk. They asked if I was going to stay another night since it was past noon checkout time. I explained I was doing late checkout, as arranged with the overnight clerk at checkin. They asked if I’d paid the 12 euros for late checkout. I explained I hadn’t, that the overnight clerk did not charge me for it at checkin, and that I would pay it at late checkout at 2pm when I departed the hotel. I said this was all arranged earlier that morning at checkin. I received another call from the front desk 10 mins later, a different person. They repeated the same conversation as 10 mins before; I gave the same summary of my conversation with the overnight clerk that I had just conveyed and again said I would pay the late checkout charge when I left the hotel a little later at 2pm. This clerk insisted that I go down to reception to make this payment at that moment. I gathered my things and instead left the hotel definitively at that time because of the harassment.

Clean facility, friendly, helpful staff, great location in Huelva

This was our 2nd visit to the Senetor, everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was uninspiring, it had the basics but just lacked something, maybe some smoked salmon or avocados would help. We upgraded to a premium room which was nice as it has a dressing table/desk and another table which was handy. The car park is not for the faint hearted! Underground and lots of tight turns and shoe horn spaces, only use it if you have a small car and a great turning circle, but the is a multi storey car park just 100 metres down where you can park over night for 18€ The local restaurants and cafes serve some wonderful food

Parking difícil. Tuve que irme a uno público, pero me avisaron en el hotel.

La habitación era pequeña ya me había alojado 5 veces en este hotel y las habitaciones anteriores eran más amplias y el colchón muy incomodo

Tout était très bien mis à part le parking très exiguë et manœuvre difficile

Hotel ubicado en pleno centro de Huelva. Muy recomendable.
