スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 ただホテルの設備が悪く、まずエレベーターに乗るのに階段が必要なこと（重いスーツケースは少し大変です）、シャワーのお湯が出なかったです。 部屋には清潔感があり、場所も良かったですが、連泊は厳しいかもしれません。

地下鉄駅からも近く便利でした。

We had a little bit of confusion when we first arrived because we went to the apartment building, not the hotel. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very kind and helped us find our way (if you find the cafe El Fornet, look a few doors to the left!) Check in was quick and efficient, our room was great with a lovely little terrace overlooking the city. The location is excellent, everything is walkable, so close to Las Ramblas and surrounded by many great restaurants.

Había hormigas en el piso por todo el departamento. Salen debajo del piso. No hicieron limpieza de camas 1 día. Elevador muy pequeño y caluroso el lobby. El clima de la habitación no enfriaba. Mucho calor en la Habitación.

Super hôtel, emplacement pratique proche du métro Universitat et la Rambla. Tranquille et bon accueil à la réception

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hot water ran out after just one shower, and staff said we had to wait over an hour for it to heat up again. The AC wasn’t blowing any air near the bed. When maintenance came, they explained that only part of the room could be cooled, which meant the sleeping area stayed hot and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we expected for the price.

Silencioso, céntrico y cómodo.

Nessun servizio è presente in struttura e la pulizia è abbastanza scarsa (lenzuola macchiate, capelli e polvere trovati un po' dappertutto). Inoltre ci sono portefinestre che danno sul vuoto e non su un balcone senza alcuna sicurezza. La posizione però ottima per visitare la città

excellent location with bus stop and subway station nearby. stayed at 1st floor. bit noise from outside traffics throughout night but managed to sleep well.

Amazing place. Better than expected and good custoemr service. Check-in was a breeze although webarrived after midnight. Very close to amesnities.

La localización está muy centrada. Pero es algo confuso al llegar. El elevador es muy pequeño solo caben 3 personas. Hay que dar varios viajes con el equipaje. El cuarto estaba bien algo pequeño pero funcional

First time in Barcelona. For checkin, you have to call the number as noone is by the front door to let you in. The check in staff- the two ladies were very nice and helpful. They give you some tips on dining which we did every one of them. Tapas at La Flauta and Cuitat comtal. 4 Cats restaurant were amongst the better ones. Location has restaurants and shopping all around . Las Ramblas was a 10-15 min walk. We were a family of 4, and booked the bed with sofa bed for 3 nights. We had a room on the highest floor. The Room looks bigger in pictures, it was very tight for the 4 of us but that was ok as we came back to the room at night to sleep. The sofa bed creeked non stop. They have tea and coffee in the rooms. Bathroom is a good size. The biggest issue was the air conditioning and the main reason I’ll not come back here. The room was like a furnace. Only one area of the room had some breeze. I went to bed sweating every night. I told the staff everyday and was told they’ll reset it, or have maintenance look at it. The staff even came to check it out the first day and he said it’s very hot here. On the last day he even said he’ll try and provide a fan but there was never any follow up from their side on any of the days. If you need a cooler room this place isn’t for you. It got unbearable and we couldn’t wait to leave. I waited to give this review till after i stayed at our next location which was also a two star hotel. Air con was amazing, bigger rooms, better facilities.

An diesen Rooms ist überhaupt nichts „exclusive“. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Einzig die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Geruch in den Vorräumen und im Zimmer ist unangenehm. Der Service amateurhaft. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, TV hat nicht richtig funktioniert - obwohl mehrmals interveniert; keinerlei Bemühungen was zu verbessern. Wir sind viel gereist mit der Familie… Australien, USA, Asien und Europa… das war die schlechteste Unterkunft… zwei Punkte gibts für die Lage und die einigermassen bequemen Betten…. Drei Punkte hätte es mit etwas mehr Bemühungen gegeben… War übrigens schon das fünfte Mal in Barcelona… zum Glück gibts da besseres…
