Dette stedet trenger en oppfriskning, alle stikkontakter er ødelagt, Så måtte lade telefonen igjennom vinduet, ingen ac eller vifte på rommet, nå var det veldig varmt, 47 på det meste,

Property needs a bit of updating. Sockets loose and mattresses bit thin. Overall cleanliness is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Montebello but improvements could be made. The facilities were great, the hotel was spotless, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and it's in a fantastic position not far from many bars and restaurants. The beach is only a 10 minute walk. The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning which we knew when we booked. That said we were informed that we could rent a fan but they were all gone everytime we asked. We'd definitely recommend people to stay here and We'd visit again ourseleves.

My stay was very poor the room we got had a fly infestation and a very potent sewage smell. It took me having to share my medical history, recovering from breast cancer and that my immunity is compromised and therefore cannot risk getting bit as this would result in a hospital stay we were eventually moved to the apartment next door no smell and no flies. I also had to report to reception about a creepy man who stood outside my apartment and stared at me smoking on the balcony until I felt soo scared that I had to go in to my apartment and lock all the doors. This happened twice Reception rang to remind me about the no smoking in apartment policy, one I agree with wholeheartedly but the tone of the caller was very sharp and implied that I was breaking this rule the apartment is equipped with smoke alarms and sprinklers and when I spoke to reception to make them aware of all of this I reminded them that any smoking would be identified immediately and I had not breached this and no alarm was raised I was soo excited to spend the last few days of my holiday in the monte bello as the last time I was there I had been receiving cancer treatment and I was soo glad to be able to come back following treatment and the experience had been awful. I spoke to the lovely Sebastien and explained the whole situation very calmly I am soo disappointed with my experience this time

Oppvarmet basseng. Veldig god sangeria i bassengbaren. Maten ved bassenget kunne vært bedre. Solrikt uteområde

Great place, friendly staff all round. Food fantastic at fair price. Already booked to go back.

Für eine Nacht okay, ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen: Negativ: keine Klima-Anlage. Tagsüber okay, nachts wegen des Lärms in Puerto Rico schlafen - wenn überhaupt- nur möglich, wenn alle Fenster fest verschlossen sind. Draußen brüllen Livebands gegen Discos an. Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Fliesen im Bad dreckig, Küchenflächen klebrig. Positiv: Kostenloser Parkplatz, schöner Pool, gutes und sauberes Bett

Food was nice Bar staff, reception staff and lifeguard were all friendly

Really enjoyed our stay at the Montebello. Check-in was easy despite having to wait as we arrived a few hours early. The room was on 9th floor and was perfect. The balcony had 2 sunbeds along with dining table and parasol. Shower was lovely although we did think it was only cold water until we realised you need to turn on the boiler in the kitchen area :-) heads up there to any future guests. The location is great too - easy to walk down either steps or slopes to main centre /marina. Taxi back is €4.25 max. Good little grocery shop onsite although a little pricey- there’s a super Dino in Morgan mall which is best place to stock up. Beds- clean and comfortable Room was very hot so we asked for a fan from reception which helped. Pool was clean and sunbeds were plentiful even in half term. Little snack bar was nice for salads chips etc.

I have stayed at the Montebello for a number of years now. The staff are always informative, welcoming, friendly and if I am honest a major reason why I keep coming back. Tracy and Sam, thank you for always being so happy, you always managed to make each stay better than the last.

Hadde med barnebarn på 9 år. Han lærte både dykke- og stupeteknikk av badevakt Daimler (Dai blant venner og barn). Fint svømmebasseng. Negativt: hotellbeboere kom ut på solterrassen ved halv åtte-tiden hver morgen og "reserverte" solsenger ved å legge egne håndkler på sengene, gikk og kom tilbake ved 9-tiden. Må følges opp av hotellpersonalet da det står at reservering ikke er tillatt. Utover dette var alt topp. Veldig hyggelige personale i baren, behjelpelige resepsjonister og hyggelig vaskepersonale.

Vädret var toppen. Klarblå himmel varje dag och precis lagom varmt. Stor balkong med havsutsikt. Tyvärr finns ingen AC och därför väldigt varmt i rummet, eftersom vi var tvungna att ha stängt fönster pga allt oljud från centrums party till 4 på natten.

Appartment was small, but good. Great balcony, with sunshine all day 🌞 Great value for the money.
